Hello my fellow Party Heralds, and welcome to my not-so-short guide on the multitude of events that can happen at our glorious weekly parties. In this guide we'll be looking at the Events that each Amenity bring to our Court, and how we can complete them to best satisfy our guests.
Note that, by it's very nature, this guide will have a number of spoilers. So if you prefer to discover things yourself and are merely looking for a few tips on how to get started with your Ember Court I recommend checking out these other guides instead.

If instead you are here because you don't fancy entering a timed and weekly locked scenario without detailed knowledge of what on Azeroth you're meant to be doing, then you're in the right place.
(Personally I love doing such things, but it isn't everyone's cup of tea)
! Warning !
Many of the 'vehicles' inside the Ember Court are not functioning correctly with action bar addons, such as ElvUI or Bartender. I highly recommend that you either disable such, or enable the Default Vehicle Bar.
Similarly; Nameplate addons are currently hiding Mood icons on Guests, and some important progress bars on certain NPCs. Again I recommend that you disable them, or find and enable an option to use the Blizzard bars for Friendly NPCs.
Events affected by this will be denoted by a *Note.

The Master of Ceremonies Achievement
Aside from making all of our Guests happy, this guide also focuses on how to earn the

achievement, which can be quite the road-block when trying to earn

, as you need to understand how to complete each Event in order to finish 10 in time, as well as how the Party Crashers event is currently working.

With that noted, let's get into the guide!
TL:DR - Tell me how to earn Master of Ceremonies easily
There is more than one way to do this - this method uses the fastest events, while still trying to keep guests somewhat happy. They would be happier if Ritual of Absolution wasn't bugged so we could use Atoning Rituals.

This manipulates the Party Crasher event to always spawn a boss, and Sika lets us see the dripping candles easily.
Choose the Amenities Lost Chalice Band, Tubbins's Tea Party, and Traditional decorations, choose whatever for Security, though Stoneborn Reserves is best.
Start the Court and complete A Quiet Moment, then collect the Band's instruments and light the stage lights to complete Concert Kick-Off as soon as preparation time ends.
Complete Dance for Love and Tea Time.
You can complete Tea Time really fast by clicking off the teapot buffs if you don't want to serve tea.
Complete Traditional Candles when they set on fire, and the 2 random events when they spawn.
You don't need
灌注心能之水
to complete Roaring Fires, it will auto-complete at the end, but you can put out the fires if you want, and have time.
Use your 3
大使特酿
when the Party Crashers arrive for more time if needed, then complete Party Crashers and kill the boss that spawns afterwards.

What Are Events?
Events in the Ember Court are activities that we can participate in during the Ember Court scenario in order to improve the atmosphere for our guests. There are three types of events that spawn - Those attached to the Amenities that we chose to include (such as the Atoning Rituals), the Party Crasher event and corresponding boss, and Randomly Spawning Events.
There are a maximum of 10 Events at each Ember Court:
6 from Amenities - 2 each from Entertainment, Refreshments, and Decorations.
1 or 2 from Party Crashers - 1 from the Party Crashers! event, and 1 boss event.
and 2 Random events - Determined by our Guests' preferences.
While the Events from Amenities are always the same (and may or may not benefit our guests, depending on who they are), Party Crashers and events that spawn randomly will always be able to have a positive effect on a Guest. Active events that can benefit at least one Guest appear on our map as a Star during the scenario, so we can locate them. Any
Favors
that can benefit a Guest will also appear on our map as red Goblets.
It is not required to complete every event during the Party in order to have Elated guests, and in some cases it may be beneficial
not to
complete certain ones, depending on our specific combination of guests. It is generally best, however, to avoid choosing guests with conflicting preferences, as pleasing one will obviously upset the other.

How did you get those? (For anyone interested in the process)
Firstly I used the Permutations Calculator on mathsisfun.com to list all the possible permutations.
(4 Slots)^(4 Guests) = 256, and I wasn't going to try listing them by hand.

Then I pasted the list into a Google Sheet and used Data > Separate text into columns. After running Find&Replace on each column I then had a full list of each set of 4 guests possible.
Finally I just had to go down the list and find the sets that didn't have any conflicting interests, which admittedly did take.... a while. Unless I made a mistake there are 39.

Events From Amenities
Each Amenity we choose for our weekly Ember Court (barring Security) will have two events that we can complete in order to affect the atmosphere of the party. The aforementioned Atoning Rituals, for example, comes with an event that increases the Formality of our Court, and another that makes the atmosphere more Humble, so we can pick and choose which we want to do.
Bear in mind though that our Soulbind Theotar's ability
聚会生活
(which you should have for every party!), gives our Guests bonus Happiness for each Event completed. So it's best to complete them even if the effect would be neutral.
Also bear in mind that certain events from Amenities may not be completable if you don't have a guest that will benefit from it. This is important to remember for our

achievement, as we need to complete all 6 of these events.

At the alter near the Main Entertainment Stage you will find several Manifestations spawning. Kill 20 of them to complete the event.
They can spawn slowly so it may be best to kill some and come back later.

Go to the Main Entertainment Stage and take control of

, then go pick up escaped animals and bring them back to where they belong. The

Go to the Rocky Outcrop at the far west of the Court, and take control of the

. Drive it back to it's cage while eating objects and NPCs to maintain the hunger bar, avoiding the red circles, and using your abilitiy to break the Trapper's nets that slow you down.
The route you have to follow is semi-precise so I recorded a short video of the super safe one that I use, feel free to experiment with it though.
*Note: Hidden Nameplate Element - disable Nameplate addon or enable Blizzard Nameplates for Friendly NPCs.
PTR Note - I recorded this on the 9.1 PTR, where Blizzard seem to have improved this event by making the Gorm face the correct direction, added terrain to hint you to drop down, and have removed the unnecessary 2nd ability. The route is the same on Live though, and I'll make a new recording if anything about the route changes.

on the west side of the Main Entertainment Stage and offer to teach him how to dance by taking on Zena's likeness, then click him to start dancing. You'll gain the three abilities

, along with a progress bar, and he will crash you into another guest to show just how unschooled he is at dancing.
Listen to what Iven says after the initial crash and use the corresponding ability
within a few seconds
to guide him through the dance. You can also use your 4th ability;

Dance correctly with Iven until the bar is full to complete the event.

Event 1 - Tea Time: +Formal
Head to the Food Stall and grab a teapot, then serve tea to NPCs that don't already have any. Serving tea to your main Guests will also give them bonus Happiness. If you can't find anyone without tea then you can wait for 5 minutes for the
Tubbins's Tea
buff to run out.
You cannot serve tea to NPCs or Guests that are in combat, and entering combat yourself will lose the teapot you are holding, so this is best to do when there are not many enemies around. The tea in teapots will also grow cold over time, so don't dawdle when holding one.
Use up both teapots (or all three if you have

Event 2 - A Quiet Moment: +Relaxing
Head around to the Food Stall and sit in the glowing chair nearby, then channel each of the three abilities. This can be completed before the Main Guests arrive.
Yes... that's all you have to do - they have 8 second cast times.
This is the chair you're looking for; it's on the 2nd ledge past the Food Stall

Gives +Messy and +Decadent (*Can also give various others, see Event 1)
Event 1 - Food Fight: +Messy
Head to the Food Stall and flip over the three tables, then hop behind them and throw food at Guests and NPCs.
Each Guest or NPC hit will gain the
Messy
buff and give +Messy, but will also give small amounts of other Atmospheres depending on who you hit, so check your tooltip when throwing. If you run out of clean guests to hit try moving to another table or just coming back later.
Hit 15 people to complete the event.
You're looking for these tables to overturn; they're all near the Food Stall
Event 2 - Made to Order: +Decadent
Head to the Food Stall and take control of the dredger

Event 1 - Fungi Experiments: +Dangerous
Head down to the room next to the Muck Pool and you'll find some mushrooms to test.
Eating the flat, star-shaped mushrooms (
灌注心能的真菌
) will have one of three effects:
The mushrooms explodes, knocking you back, dealing damage, and setting you on fire for 10 seconds.
^ Heavy damage - take care not to die!
The mushroom spawns a
野性真菌
that attacks you, kill it for +Dangerous.
The mushrooms spawns a
蠕行朽菇
that puts you to sleep and runs off to cause chaos in the party; generates +Dangerous and +Messy while running around.
Eating the taller stalks will activate
治疗孢子
to help you heal from any explosions. The buff doesn't stack though - so wait for it to run out before eating another to get the full benefit.

Event 2 - Lower Your Standards: +Humble
Gather

from the various mushrooms growing around the Court, and hand them in to

, who's standing further west of the Food Stall. You can begin gathering them before the Main Guests arrive.
You can only hold ten

at a time so be careful not to overcap when gathering from the Clumps of mushrooms; as they contain three.
Turn in five mushrooms to

to complete the event, but you can continue to hand them in five at a time for more +Humble.

Event 1 - Traditional Candles: +Clean
After the candles have managed to set fire to everything (see Event 2), several of them will also start dripping wax. Run around the party and click on any glowing candles you see to clean them up.
Clean up 10 candles to complete the event.
They can be hard to spot at times, so look carefully at each group of candles
Event 2 - Roaring Fires: +Dangerous
At some point during the party

will announce that
"Candles start Fires!"
, and a total of 10 fires will break out around the party.
There is no way to interact with this event until you gain the
灌注心能之水
from Sika's Tribute (requires at least Friend reputation with her), and the event will auto-complete at the end of the party whether you have the buckets or not.
Once you have the
灌注心能之水
you can pick up a bucket and use it to put out a patch of fire, summoning several
灰烬残留物
and giving you +Dangerous. Each fire you put out has a chance of summoning the
灰烬融合体
rare instead, which drops
一堆灰烬之尘
when killed, giving you the battle pet

.
Any other players invited to your party will also be able to loot the rare for the pet; so you can help out your non-Venthyr friends, or those who haven't got the buckets unlocked.
Put out all 10 of the fires to complete the event before the end of the Party. The buckets will be marked on your map as red goblets when the event starts, and the fires will be marked once you pick up a bucket.

Event 1 - Mystery Mirrors: +Exciting
Spread around the Court you will find two types of mirrors; one set with chains (10 mirrors), and the other without (8 mirrors in pairs).
The mirrors without chains are Transport Mirrors that can help you swiftly move around your Party, shown in pairs on the map below. They are not essential to completing the event, but can save you travel time.
Clicking on the Chained mirrors around the Court will spawn a mob to kill (it will be immune for a second or two so hold your abilities). Sometimes the mirror will spawn the rare

Security and Party Crashers
Unlike other Amenities, the Security options for our Parties do not add Events of their own for us to complete. They instead unlock the
(somewhat)
random event of Party Crashers, meaning that we will now have enemies invading our Tea Parties.
Please Note
As of this moment this is only a theory of how Security and Party Crashers interact, one that I am currently trying to disprove through repeated experiments using clones on the PTR.
So far it's holding true, but if you've experienced something different I'd love to hear about it.
Security Options
Before our party begins we have the choice of three types of Security, each of which will give us bonuses to the Atmosphere of our party once it begins. Two of these are available once we purchase the

Our choice of Security doesn't seem to affect which of the Party Crashers events spawn, but each of the Security NPCs will aid you in fighting the invaders off, which can help with defeating the Elites.
Party Crashers
At some point during our Party we will be given the bonus objective to defeat the Party Crashers. Simply fill the bar to 100% by killing the invading mobs to finish the event and spawn the boss to kill.
There are five different invasions that can spawn, each with a corresponding boss. Both the invasion and boss will only be able to spawn
if they will benefit a Guest
. This is important for the
庆典司仪
achievement, as we will need that Boss to spawn to have 10 events!
Each invasion will give one of two bonuses to Court Atmosphere when it is completed, and the bosses (if they spawn) will give a large bonus to a specific Atmosphere.
I have submitted a suggestion to have the bosses always spawn, and to be made to benefit one or the other Atmosphere. If that happens I'll update this section.

It is at this point that we need to rely on Random Events.
Random Events
Aside from our fixed Events from Amenities and Party Crashers, two Random Events will also spawn during our Party, giving us even more bonuses to our Court Atmosphere, and the last events we need for

.
Although I call these 'Random', you will only ever have events spawn that are able to benefit one or more of your guests, meaning that each 'Random' event is always worth completing, unless you have chosen Guests with conflicting interests. There are also two events that give bonus Happiness to Guests which always have a chance to spawn.
Most random Events have two ways that you can complete them, resulting in different bonuses. If you're ever unsure of what a decision will do make sure to read the quest text or tooltips on the mobs/NPCs involved.
Theotar's Toast
西塔尔
's dishwashers are dropping pieces of his tea set onto the ground. Head over to him and pick up the tray, then run around trying to catch pieces before they hit the ground.*This can be a little tricky as they fall quickly.
Catch 5 pieces and return the tray to Theotar before time runs out and he will offer to raise a toast in honour of a Guest. Target the one you want him to honour and use the button for them to receive bonus Happiness.
It's Raining Anima
Orbs of anima have coalesced over the Party, and
厚实的胡尔利
has come to help you collect them. Head over to him on the rocky outcrop to the far West and choose which direction you want to be thrown, then use the umbrella to slow your fall and catch as many orbs as you can.
Keep going back to get thrown (it's best to choose a new direction each time) and collect 15 anima orbs to complete the event and get bonus Happiness for all your Guests.
A Little More Comfortable
Seamstress Rogana
has arrived at the party and is offering you some new clothes. Head down to her and pick an outfit to wear from the chest on the table.
Choose the Unassuming Outfit for +Casual, or the Fancy Outfit for +Formal.
Court Crusher
A mountain of Sinstones has come alive. Head over to the left of

's Tent and defeat the

for the

Crush the

into pieces for +Casual, or hand it over to

The Giant

's Tent and then follow Cumpdump down to the Muck Pool, picking up the trash he drops for +Clean. Or ignore him and leave all the trash on the ground for +Messy.

is convinced that it will ruin the Party. Head on down and kill it to loot the

*I have only seen this event once, so I'm not sure if this is everything about it, also I lost my notes on what the tools were called. I'll update this properly once I have it appear again. It's also rather odd that Clean/Messy have an extra random event for them.
Tulipnose
has arrived at your party and is offering you the use of a tool to deal with some annoying bugs. Head on down to her and choose a tool to use.
Pick up the net and use it to catch several bugs for +Clean, or pick up the wand(?) and blow up the bugs for +Messy.
Knockerbock
The dredger

has arrived at the Party, and apparently he isn't a friend of Gubbins. Head to the area in front of
加里丹勋爵
's Tent and beat Knockerbock up until he decides to leave. He leaves his wheelbarrow behind for you to loot some

The Murder of Colonel Mort
The unfortunate
Colonel Mort
has just been murdered! Head on over near the entrance to check out his corpse and decide what to do.
Choose to close the investigation and let the killer roam free for +Dangerous, or choose to hunt down the killer, then find and kill the
Furtive Assassin
for +Safe.
Not to worry; Colonel Mort will be back on his feet in time to be killed again by your next Party... the poor guy.
Ember Skyterror

has flown into your party as free entertainment (or, as you'll see; free frustration!). Head up to the wall above the bird and use a glider or other method to slow your fall so you can tag it, then kill it to loot the

have turned up to the Party wearing the same outfit, and neither are very amused about it. Head on down to the south east corner to choose how to solve the situation between them.
Choose not to stop them fighting for +Exciting, or remind them that 'Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery' for +Relaxing.
Venthyr Provocateur
The rapscallion

has arrived at your Party to spread gossip, and
西塔尔
insists that you get rid of him. Head on over to around Lord Garridan's tent and kill him to loot the
宫廷碎语
.
Use the
宫廷碎语
near several NPCs to spread gossip for +Exciting, or turn it in to
雷纳索尔王子
for +Relaxing.
4th Slot Guests
And finally, each of the 4 guests that we unlock by levelling our Ember Court to Rank 4 come with their own little bonus event to complete whenever they are invited to our Party.
Unfortunately these don't count towards our
庆典司仪
achievement, but completing them will give bonus Happiness to the Guest.
Around your Ember Court you'll find several
罩影通灵师
s. Kill 4 of them and gather their
罩影通灵师徽记
s, then bring the heads to Baroness Vashj for bonus Happiness.
You can continue to bring her more heads (in groups of 4) for even more Happiness, but you can only carry 8 at a time.
女伯爵
has two ways to earn bonus Happiness, both of which can be completed during the preparation stage of the Court, or later on.
At the start of the Party head East through the entranceway and across the bridge, you'll find The Countess on your right waiting for the Party to begin. Talk to her and "Personally welcome her to the Ember Court" for bonus Happiness.
On your way back from her (or to her, depending how fast you went), you'll come across a
艾莫尔家族刺客
, kill them for more bonus Happiness. They will keep coming after her until you kill one so don't worry if she kills them first.
When
米卡尼科斯
is at your party you'll find 8
魔法珍玩
s around your Court. Find at least 4 and loot the
魔法珍玩
s, then deliver them to
米卡尼科斯
for bonus Happiness.
Obviously you can find the other 4 and turn them in for more bonus Happiness.
Warning -
魔法珍玩
is currently classed as 'Unique (5)', and attempting to pick up a 6th will cause the container to vanish, leaving you with less than 8. I have submitted a report about this.
Until it's fixed you'll need to turn in 4 Curios before finding the other 4.

From what I can see in this video at 5m 48s, you are looking for the

, or perhaps any NPCs head. Talk to her and stop her playing her prank for bonus Happiness.
Judging from her dialogue you may be able to do this multiple times for more Happiness.

This is beautiful. Thanks so much for making this guide. This is really, really thorough. I’m glad I was of some help in your efforts here. Also omg how have I done this many courts and not known some of these things...
I’ll make sure to give info on new things as I unlock them. Choofa’s mushrooms could be handy to map out similar to the mirrors. I’m hoping that my data contributions via the Wowhead client are helping with that as well.
I knew(hoped) there were other people who liked the court!

As a fellow guildie I'm glad this guide is finally done, no more talking about tea parties now.
As a fellow venthyr this will be so helpfull, and maybe even make Ember Court a bit more fun.
As a completionist, I am not happy there is so much work to do in this event.

This is awesome. I've wanted this for forever, glad it finally exists!
I feel like you should also mention the little things that are always present so long as they apply to a mood a guest wants.
By that I mean the things like the piles of stone you can clean up for +clean, or the 'happy scrubber' dredgers you can give a break for +messy, for example. My last ember court I didn't have any events that pertained to clean as I was focused on humble/safe, but Mikanikos also cares about clean (he was the only guest I had that did), and the piles of rubble were available to clean up. If you don't have any guests that care about cleanliness though, the piles don't show up I don't think? You'd probably know better than me, though, I've been mainlining Sika for 2 months before this trying to get the anima water for the candles and at this point I don't remember what a court without someone wanting clean is like, lol.
Another is the training dummies, and, yes, I know you have to get those from a reward chest, but they're around no matter what events you have, and can serve as a boost/'extra' event for exciting, so even if you don't have anything more than 1 of the possible 3 events for exciting, you still have 2 things you can do for +exciting.

I created set of weakauras to help me during the court itself:
Ember Court - Happiness
shows the current mood of every invited guest. This works even if you have a nameplate addon that hides the normal mood UI. With the added bonus that you don't have to be anywhere close to your guest to know how happy they are :)
This weakaura basically fixes the warning about nameplate addons in the guide :)
Ember Court - Atoning Rituals
will show the correct sin committed during the atoning rituals
Ember Court - Dance for love
is basically the same thing, but for the dance with Iven minigame instead.
Ember Court - Atmosphere
shows the actual numbers that make up the atmosphere of your court, next to the bars. This makes it easier to also see how much gain an activity actually gives you (this turns out to be anywhere between 1% and 30% depending on activity)

optional
if you are trying to run a Formal/Relaxing court. Using the
塔·沙兰的陷阱
on the

s will trap them and spawn the
失窃的纪念品
for +Relaxing, but you can just leave the NPC there (rather than clicking on it to collect for tossing) and you won't lose any Formal atmosphere. (The Relaxing aspect is also optional, obviously.)

At the start part of The Ember Court (preparations) I can see the event star

on my map but I can't complete it. I tried to speak with guests and with the Special Guest (Lady Moonberry for example) but it didn't finished although I spent all preparation time (2m 30s) for it. Anybody knows something about it?

Was a little worried cause I was 9/10 and no fires left to put out for Roaring Fires (guess you only have so long to do that and Party Crashers popped at same time), but what the author says is true. It auto-completed and I got my 10/10 and the chieve. I love the Ember Court but it is not easy to understand how the events work (and no way to practice and learn.) Thank you for a great guide!

I have incorporated this guide extensively into my (late-to-the-game) approach to Ember Court, and it has been stellar! I'm only five court favors away from The Party Herald title, thank you. ^_^
One thing I want to note, largely because I could find this information nowhere, is that
guests with multiple atmosphere preferences do not need to have all of them met
. I was able to host a party with both Rendel & Cudgleface (messy, relaxing) and Lady Moonberry (messy, exciting, casual). By achieving a messy and casual atmosphere, while leaving relaxing/exciting neutral, I was able to make both of them—and all my guests—elated, easily. It can meet eschewing events that would affect the conflicting atmosphere one way or the other, but it's helpful to keep in mind if you're working toward a specific tribute reward!

I wish Blizzard would make this more player friendly and less of a time and gold waste.
RSVP Quests requiring varying things to get done, some of them being stupidly extensive. Requiring you to take the Taxi's to other zones just to do a quest that might take to you another zone. All via Taxi's because of how this expansion was designed.
All of the various refills needing various Profession goods.
All the side requirements for getting rank with all the various quests just to be able to do events within the court.
Let alone the time some of the events in the court take just to complete. Requiring you to get the items to extend the court.
Like I get it, Blizzard Hated us players a lot during Shadowlands, but I wish they would fix them now to be what they should have been. A fun little side event.
Not this annoyance of a time/gold waste.
