As an Outlaw Rogue I couldn't find a place where I could pull it with pistol shot. Can't shoot farther than 20yds, but I could throw 30 as a sub or assa. Logical right?

If you have a glider or similar item jump on it and tag the NPC while in the air, it will follow you.

Go up to the rampart, jump up and use whatever range spell you have. Taunt works as well.

The Ember Skyterror affects Decadence Level (Decadent or Humble) in the Ember Court. Use Borr-Geths Fiery Brimstone when you are right underneath it, you will fly right by it and can tag, or you can jump from the tower and use a Goblin Glider Kit. It'll follow you down and you can kill it. It drops Cluster Of Seeds which you then have to plant in Enriched Soil at 47.8, 52.0 for the+Decadent bonus.. Take note that you have to target the soil before clicking the seeds for them to be planted which gives you the +Decadent bonus, many of us have lost precious time not knowing or paying attention to this. If you do not plant it, you can instead turn it in to Prince Renathal for +Humble.

Baroness Vashj and The Countess prefer Decadent
Mikanikos, Alexandros Mograine, and Kleia and Pelagos prefer Humble
