Just recently, she has disappeared. Seems other hunters are having the same issue. Doesn't seem to matter if she's on a mission or not, she not by the bon fire or in the tower, she's just simply gone. The ! for the artifact quest is still there on the map, but she isn't there. For me, she disappeared soon after I finished my order hall class quest. The last place I had seen her was in the hall when I had to stand on the red circle to "unlock" my weapon's new appearance. After that, she hasn't returned.
