Hopefully they add more quests that give Cenarion Circle quests. As it is, only way to get exalted with them is to farm the Silithus quests, which can take quite awhile.

It actually doesn't take that long to grind reputation by turning in
http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?item=20404
think it took me a good 3 hours or so, to get 15-18k reputation.
Did it as prot in fury gear, if that should matter.

They massively buffed the reputation gain from Encrypted Twilight Texts. It used to be 100, now it's 500, so for all those "Classic Players" who remember the painful grind, it's much less painful now-a-days.

There are several ways you gain gain cenarion circle rep, first you can just grind twilight mobs, but they only give about 2 rep per kill. What you need is the Twilight Cultist Cowl/Mantle/Robe that they drop, once you have one of each you can summon an Abyssal Templar from a lesser wind stone. They give about ten rep and drop an "abyssal crest".
With three of these there's a quest to make a "Medallion of Station" which if you wear it with the rest of the set will let you summon a twilight duke. They're more powerful, (lvl 60 elite) but easily soloable by someone 70+. These drop "abyssal signets" which can (with a quest) be combined into a "Twilight Cultist Ring of Lordship".
This, worn with the necklace and the rest of the set, will let you summon an abyssal lord which are difficult to solo, at 70 at least, only time I fought one. These drop an abyssal scepter which can be turned in once by itself, and later in stacks of three for a ton of rep and a ton of items.
The twilight mobs also drop "Encrypted Twilight Texts" which can be turned in in stacks of ten for 500 rep. You can also get Tactical, Combat, and Logistics assignments which have you killing general silithid in the three hives around silithus, completing specific missions, and collecting supplies respectively.
There's also the normal collection of quests that are one time only and give about 500 rep each so they're worth completing. Good luck with your grinding; I finally got my title today :)

It is also worth noting that you should be on the look out for a 60 elite, the Twilight Prophet.
http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=15308
. The Twilight Prophet also has an entourage with her, so it should be no problem whatsoever for higher level players.
The Twilight Prophet can drop anywhere between 7-10 of
http://www.wowhead.com/?item=20404
.
What I do is this:
Make a macro:
/target Twilight Prophet
Go about killing the Twilight Cultists as usual, and once in a while, click the macro.
It certainly does make things easier.

Just finished gaining Cenarion Circle rep over the course of two days. I had the Cenarion Expedition rep already and was about halfway through friendly when I started grinding Twilight mobs. I spent maybe six hours total over those two days.
Some tips:
The fastest way to get to Cenarion Hold is to set your hearth there and use a Kirin Tor ring/Mage Portal/whatever to get back to Dalaran. If you cannot get back to Dalaran except by hearthstone, I recommend keeping your hearth in Dalaran and using the Dalaran portal to Caverns of Times. You can take the flight path from Gadgetzan to Cenarion Hold and it'll take about five minutes. This is much faster than flying from Darnassus.
As has been said, the Prophets are your best friends. Probably a third of my overall rep gains came from the texts they dropped. Use the ingame timer to help keep track of their respawns.
Do not vendor/drop the Twilight sets! It will become cumbersome to carry around all those sets. However, the first turn-in for the signets/scepters gives a large amount of rep. For example, there are two non-repeatable quests to turn in a single Abyssal Scepter that reward 1000 rep. The repeatable turn-in rewards 700 rep for three of them. It's worth getting at least one Abyssal Scepter for the non-repeatable quests. One Scepter requires sixteen Twilight sets and nine Large Brilliant Shards, so plan accordingly.
All in all, I found the grind easy and pretty enjoyable, as I did the remaining quests at Cenarion Hold and mixed in Alterac Valley every so often (GG 60 minute queues). If you really wanted to, you could do it all in an afternoon.

Another quick and dirty way to get to Silithus/Cenarion Hold is to have completed the "Avatar of Freya" chains in Sholozar Basin. Since many of us spend time there farming, you can take a quick trip through the "Waygate" and it will teleport you to Ungoro Crater right above Marshall's Landing. This way, its just one flight path over to CH. I got my title after completing all the quests there and turning a lot of texts, abyssal crests and abyssal staves. I would say it took about 3-4 hours each day.

I got this a couple weeks ago. I didn't raid so much in TBC, only did AQ20 a couple times so i didn't had that bonus, but this is what i did:
While i was currently going for the full Tier 0.5 set i needed to kill the Fire Duke in order to complete Three Kings of Flame. I also wanted to do Loremaster of Kalimdor pre 3.0.8 so that got me into grinding and handing in the items for the quests.
This was my ultimate way to both complete the quest, progress in Loremaster of Kalimdor (finally ended up at 721/730) and get reputation for Cenarion Circle. I killed about 1300 mobs, got 371 Texts, obtained 27 Crests, 7 Signets and 2 Scepters.

Trouble is not the Cenarion Circle rep, at least not for me. You can, as mentioned above, easily grind it in Silithus.
The problem is in the Cenarion Expedition. I cannot solo Steamvault, nor the Coilfang Heroics, and I have done all the quests there are. The only available one is a repeatable in the Borean Tundra, but it would take 60 handins, á 15 ears (900 ears) to reach my goal. That's a LOT of ears...

After many weeks of hard work, I finally have the title!
If you calculate the actual time it takes to grind all those mobs for rep, it isn't so much time. But when you actually do it, you notice that you get bored after like 20 minutes and have to take breaks and do other things.
Guardian of Cenarius is a pretty rare title though, I don't see many others with it! :)
Go get it now!

Took me the better part of a week just casually grinding in Silithus. Best area was just southwest of Cenarion Hold, then from there, directly west northwest. There's an elite prophet that spawns every 10 or so minutes and it drops 8-10 of the texts. Expedition rep was very easy as there are a multitude of ways. Running steamvaults and turning in coilfang is the quickest imo.

Got this achievement yesterday (I'm a druid so I felt it almost mandatory) :)
When I started, I was around Level 73 or so and (just barely) Honored with both CE and CC.
I did CE first, backtracking to Outland and doing all their quests there (mainly Blade's Edge and Netherstorm, having already done Zangarmarsh) and the DEHTA quests in Borean Tundra. Once finished, this put me into Revered. From there, I did nothing but Nesingwary Ear turn-ins with DEHTA. Initially I did the Minions of Kaw mobs (just east of Amber Ledge, where the road forks) as they were grouped tightly together. However- and this is the biggest point of advice for anyone doing this Acheievement-
if you are still leveling, do not grind the Kaw mobs
. Instead, go after the Northsea mobs east of Farshire. They are not as tightly grouped, but there are more of them and they respawn quickly. The reason I recommend grinding them instead? The Minions of Kaw only seem to grant about 100 or so XP per kill when you are in your mid-70's. The Northsea mobs are anywhere from 1000-2000 XP (at 76 I was usually getting about 1100 per kill). I leveled from 75 to 77 solely from grinding all the Northsea mobs. Having said this, if you are already 80, the Minions of Kaw
probably
will yield a faster kill rate, so if leveling isn't a concern, then by all means go after them.
CC was easy, compared to the long CE grind.
Don't bother diddling around with all the other quests
, just kill Twilight mobs and turns in Encrypted Texts. While you are killing them, you may as well do the first few Abyssal Crest summons, as they will yield some nice Reputation, but the repeatable ones afterward scale back to 150 each, whereas the Encrypted Text turn-ins stay at 500 all the way to Exalted. It took me maybe 3 to 4 hours of casual grinding to hit Exalted. Of course, keep your eye out for a Twilight Prophet, as they drop anywhere from 7-10 texts (ie. an instant boost of 500 rep). As for getting to Silithus, I have not yet gone to Sholazar, so I used the CoT portal in Dalaran and then mounted to Gadgetzan and caught the Flight Path.
Very happy to be done- now back to questing. All in all, not a challenging grind at all, just time consuming (mainly with CE). But, I would encourage every Druid to get it, even if just for show.
Happy grinding!

Found this achievement somehow, and the title looked quite nice so i thought wtf, its just a few hours of farming. But i was really wrong, ended up with a couple of days of farming from Friendly to Exalted with both of the factions
Gotta admit that the
Circle
was way easier than the
Expedition
Ended up with looting about 300
Encrypted Twilight Text's
, including the rep gained from killing mobs (12 per mob) and the NPC's you can spawn by equipping the set they are dropping (Shoulders, head and robe) and pressing the Crystal, which spawns a npc that gives you a coin and 30 rep, when you turn in your first you get around 250 rep if i remember it right, after your first turn in you gotta donate 3 of them for 75 rep. I didnt really care about those, i just focused on getting as many
Encrypted Twilight Texts
As possible.
Around the 2 areas, sometimes 60 elite spawns, the
Twilight Prophet
which drops 7-11
Encrypted Twilight Texts
.
Hitting exalted with the Expedition was way more harder than the Circle, This ended up with doing quests in Zangarmarsh, looting about 400 or 500
Coilfang Armaments
in
The Steamvault
which gains you 75 rep per spear. Standard elites grants you 12 rep, the Boglords 24, the bosses 120. Basically just get in, clean mobs and a few bosses, out and reset instance and repeat.
Farmed with a balance druid with full resto gear,
Hugie @ Sunstrider
. Happy farming for you who are aiming to get this one!

It is possible to get this title at ANY level. Very nice for twinks with an ability to either duallog or spend days (possibly weeks) farming reputation with a higher level friend (80 prefered). Here's how.
Cenarion Circle: Incredibly easy, just time consuming. Kill Twilight Cultists in Silithus until you hit exalted.
Cenarion Expedition: Hard as hell. Until honored you can simply grind Naga in Zangarmarsh, but then comes the tricky part.
You will need many, many
Ethereum Prison Key
s, which randomly award reputation for a few different factions, one of them being the Cenarion Expedition. Note that these keys don't bind when picked up, so you can trade them. An easier way is, to be there with an 80 alt or friend who opens the cages, you being in a party with this 80. As long as you are in his/her party, you will get the reputation.
Now, assuming that 50% of all opened prisons will get you a friendly, reputation giving NPC, and of those friendly NPC's you will have a chance of 1/6 to get 500 reputation for the Cenarion Expedition, you will need around 800 keys to have a decent chance to achieve exalted status with the Cenarion Expedition. My calculations may be wrong, you may also end up needing many more keys. But hey, it is possible and a good twink won't be scared of horrendous numbers, right? :)

Got this title yesterday, took 3 days of semi-dedicated grinding.
Cenarion Circle only took one afternoon in Silithus but CE was the hard part.
Finishing up all the CE quests in Borean Tundra, Zangarmarsh, Blade's Edge, Terrokar and 3 in Netherstorm and the Druid Flight Form quest got me from the bottom of honoured to 10k into Revered and the rest was just steamvaults.
Good luck to everyone doing this, it's not as hard as it may seem!

So, I've decided that i was going to be a achievment wh**e, I've just started this, and I started doing the Cenarion Circle rep, and this is by far one of the easier achievments i've done, i'm a well geared level 80 shadowpriest, i go in one of the three silithus camps, cast SW:P on each mob, and they all die to one dot, I loot them, summon bosses with the twilight cultist sets, and while going to the next camps, i've been keeping track of the prophet, i've killed her about 15 times so far. Ive spent about 4 hours doing this, i got 1000/600 friendly to 17000/21000 within 4 hours.
Hope this helps! ill post back when im done with CC!
Finished this yesterday, took me 5 hours in total to get from 1000/6000-999/1000 exalted!

the number of mobs needed to go from neutral to exalted without turnins are:
(3000+6000+12000+21000)/10=4200 mobs
10 is the rep gained by a single NPC
the numbers between the brackets are reps from neutral to exalted

Pretty braindead achievement at this stage of the game.. You should be exalted with CE already by now (especially if you were around in TBC), so the only bump is CC rep. I was already honored from grabbing a pattern a while back, took around two and a half hours to go from 600 into honored to full exalted.
There's a few quests to kill twilight mobs in Cenarion Hold, pick those up since you're doing that anyway. I'd also bring along a bunch of Large Brilliant Shards, as you can get a fair amount of rep from killing off the Abyssal Council members and turning in one each of the resulting items. If you're doing this, remember to hang on to the Cultist clothing sets as you loot them.
So far as getting through the killing, I just ran through each camp one at a time tab-spamming corruption, then looting all the bodies and moving on. I got six prophet kills along the way, which helped. I also got a Twilight Cultist Ring of Lordship off the rare spawn that wanders around, which was pretty awesome. :D
On a side note: should you be doing this during the week of Thanksgiving, remember to snag the Spirit of Sharing buff that grants an extra 10% rep. This works on EVERYTHING involved, including text and abyssal artifact turn-ins. Extremely useful if you're doing this at the right time. 1100 for your first scepter, 550 for each set of texts, 11 per mob kill, definitely a good thing...

In the middle of Desolace there is a quest node for the Cenarian Circle faction. It helped me get 1000's of rep @ 85.
There is also a quest chain starting from Corporal Melkins at Nijel's Point.
I had to grind about 150 Twilight texts to make up the difference
(I had already killed a lot of Twilight mobs and done all the quests in Silithus during my initial level up stage.)

Just a note: Solo grinding out CE @ 85 (from revered) took 7 runs total - killing everything in sight. Hit each of the 3 dungeons on heroic mode twice and then went back and finished off the grind with Normal Steamvaults. Between the rep from the mobs (around 16 per kill, 3-5 non elite, 240 or so boss) and from armament turn-ins, 21k rep is a cake walk.
Of course one could manage it a lot faster, as I'd not realized normal dungeons still gave rep and wasted a day waiting on heroics (though slightly reduced, as bosses gave around 120). Add in rep bonus from guild perks and you've got a quick farm.

If you want a break from the monotony that is grinding Twilight texts, there's a nice Cenarion Circle quest hub in Desolace that provides a good chunk of rep.
As a human with the Diplomacy racial I was getting 575 per quest.

There's an updated version to do these reps.
These are the ways I did, and the simplest/easiest way to do it. (imo of course)
Cenarion Expedition:
It's really simple what you have to do.
I started at 1/5th way into honoured, so I didn't have to worry about the grind to honoured for the key, but if you need to do it you have two choices:
A) Farm normal Coilfang Resovoir dungeons
B) Quest with Cenarion Refuge/Swamprat Post (east Zangarmarsh for both)
You should be honoured through a few quests and/or dungeons. I reccomend doing a bit of both so you get the full impact of how Outlands used to be, and not get bored and tired of either way quickly.
Once you're honored, go to Cenarion Refuge and grab your key from the quartermaster. Head to the center of the map, which Coilfang Resovoir is located. Swim down in the middle of the river, and if you keep going through the tube, you'll find you've found an underwater cavern that leads to walkable land, with a summoning stone. If you go straight ahead, you'll see an instance called Serpenshrine Cavern . the mobs in there don't give rep (atleast the beginning ones, and that makes it bad), and it's a raid so you might need help with it. To your closer left is Underbog, to your father left is Steamvaults, and to your right is Slave Pens. Once you have the key, you'll be able to do heroics now, which give more rep, so do heroics for all three of those. I rly wanted to get both titles in one day, but I ended up needing to do other things, so I just did the heroics and farmed Steamvaults until I was half way into revered, and then did the heroics on another day. Regular steamvaults gives 2k rep per run (takes about 5-10min to clear), and the heroics give more, (not sure exactly how much). Don't worry about knowing boss fights, theres nothing special to know unless ur under level 80, besides the fact that in Steamvaults you have to hit the trigger behind the boss to open the gate to the last boss.
Cenarion Circle:
This is the main reason I even posted this guide.
Note.
It is NOT. NOT. better to farm Twilight Encrypted Texts only.
Before you begin, go to the AH and get the Twilight Armor Set (formally known as the Twilight Trappings set), which includes:
暮光信徒披肩
暮光信徒兜帽
暮光信徒长袍
Second, do the quests in the main city in Sithilus. These will get you a considerable distance into honored.
Now, go to the twilight encampments (they should be easy enough to find, they have twilight in their name, and you just have to open up your zone map :P ), and try to find the prophets (Twilight Prophet). Only two spawn at one point. One patrols between the top two, and one patrols in the south one. I'm not sure if it's a tendency for the bottom one to patrol with a group, but he did, and the northern one didn't. Try to find them, but if you don't it's fine, somebody else is probably farming rep too, but probably it's just a lowbie leveling, because this IS the best place to level at their level. You don't need to kill anything else, but if you want to revenge the Twilight for making you dismount, you can kill some of the mobs close to the prophet, just don't waste too much time.
Once you've killed both prophets, or couldn't find one/both of them, head south. Ahn'Quiraj is now only one instance, and it's pretty easy. I'll go for a rundown of what to do. You might want to bring a ranged buddy, if you're melee.
Enter the dungeon, and you'll find that there are some flying bugs. Just turn right and kill the mobs in your way, becuase they give the same amount of rep as the mobs outside, but don't drop any texts, although, you can pull them all and dps if them if you have a full gorup with you for easier/faster rep.
The first boss is cakewalk. Just keep moving (this is the only times that backpedaling is ok). Keep moving, otherwise you get a 15-20sec debuff that gives you a 75% miss chance, AND disabling you to cast spells.
Keep going the only way you can, and kill the next boss.
Now, if you want, you can turn back and go kill the prophets again, because they should've respawned by now. (that's what I did).
Now that you're back in the instance, head right instead of left (on map terms), because left leads to a dead end.
The rest is pretty easy until you reach the big bug boss. For this guy, he casts from the air, and every few seconds sends his non-elite bugs to attack the raid. After a while, he'll land and enrage, but I'm not sure if that's based on time or health, because as a feral druid I just kept faerie firing him until he got down to low health. DON'T rely on this though, becuase eventually the stacking debuff that adds a dot will become uncontrolable if you're ranged dps rly sucks (ie rogue throw).
The next boss also does a stacking dot, but this one is much more undealable. As a feral druid with semi-tank/pvp gear, I popped all my cooldowns and still almost died, so either dps him down FAST, or bring a tank and healer.
Now go back, and get your twilight texts.
If you want, you can use the gear you got earlier to go to windstones and kill elements for more gear.
If you want, you can wait till the following tuesday to do AQ again.
If you want, you can do the quests at the AQ entrance, but they require rep anyways, so it's probably not a good plan. (they had too many requirements for me to worry about them.
Note:
--Despite what people think, it's not "faster" to just do the bosses, even though they give alot more rep than other mobs. It takes 10 mobs to give the same amount of rep as a boss, and they take ~30sec to down, as opposed to waiting to reset the instance.
--In AQ, you should avoid the flesh hunter's if you're soloing, or if you're duoing it with a healer and the healer doesn't know how to dps.
--I was a Feral Druid at Level 85 while doing this.
--I had the guild rep perk, which adds 10% rep to all factions that I grind for.
--I mostly did this for nostalgia of outlands :)
--I had 280% mount, which helped alot with farming Cenarion Circle rep, due to the method I did.
--I started on a Sunday, which gave me some time to do the raids before they reset, but I only ended up doing Ahn'Quiraj.
--I tried to give the most accurate information, if I didn't, please pm me. Thanks :D

I have this on my lvl 70 warrior for people who want to get it on their 70 twinks. To get exalted with Cenarion Expedition you need to first get those plants from the naga and turn them in, its a repeatable quest, then I did some quests that gave me rep either low levels ones and I ran alot of heroic Coilfang dungeons on my 70 who has full Onslaught tanking set, When you reach revered you can turn in these Coilfang Armaments for like 250 rep each and just run more heroic dungeons till exalted for a lvl 70 who doesnt spend all day playing, it took me about a week. Cenarion Circle is easier, just kill the twilight npcs and do those pvp quests and turn in the texts to gain rep. Also depending what class you are you can do the ruins of AQ item set quests to gain more rep but a full clear of ruins of aq can give you alot of rep. You can also run AQ temple but that might be harder. I had my guild of 70s help me with ruins of aq, we 5 man it with 5 70s and the rep was pretty good. So not a extremely hard title to get my requires some patience and resilience. Happy Rep-ing :)

I've been doing this achievement in patch 5.1 and thought I'd share a few things I've discovered.
暮光套装
are no longer worth collecting (drops from Twilights Hammer mobs in Silithus) - the object they unlocked (
次级风石
) is now obsolete.
盘牙武器
are also no longer worth collecting (drops from mobs in Steamvaults, although a stack of 20 will vendor for 1g) - the turn-in quest for them is no longer in-game.
I did the text turn-in grind for CC rep as my toon was a leatherworker and I was skinning everything in sight for that - so, I can't say whether lvl relevant dgns still give rep or not for CC. Overall, I found the drop-rate for texts was about 25% but, all Twilight mobs give CC rep so it's worth giving them a kicking :) If anyone can confirm whether CC rep is still available from dgn runs at this lvl - that would be helpful...
Steamvaults seems to be the only Coilfang dgn that gives CE rep but, a full clear of regular SV will give 2k rep (toon has Mr Popularity guild perk so, may be lower for toons without). Hrc SV will no doubt give more but, toon was only lvl 76 and I wasn't brave enough to try :P
A quick note for those soloing reg SV at similar lvls to me - don't forget the control panels behind 1st two bosses as mentioned in previous posts and, when Warlord Kalithresh (final boss) starts to channel from a nearby distiller - kill it quick! If you don't, he starts to hit like a freakin' truck! Bar that, fairly easy. I solo'd as a lvl 76 huntard with head/cloak/chest looms - everything else was regular quest rewards from Northrend... only 2 enchants from leatherworking - bracer embossments and Primal leg armour kit.
*On a sidenote - I had a Darnassus tabard equipped during SV runs and was getting notifications to say 'Your reputation with the Alliance has increased by x' but none of the faction reps were increasing... I'll raise a ticket on this and update if I hear anything - anyone else had simliar?
Peace...

I've made two seperate videos that are up to date, how to farm reputation with both Cenarion Expedition & Cenarion Circle. Doable in one day if you're willing to put in the effort (or gold).
First video the grind that will probably take the longest. Cenarion Expedition. You can howeever also reach Exalted with Sporregar at the same time, if you also wish to work towards the diplomat achievement. It is shown in the video how. It has timestamps.
https://youtu.be/VeHzic_oky4
---
Farming reputation with Cenarion Circle is much easier and can even be done in a few minutes if you're willing to spend the gold for it. But you can also farm to exalted in a single day by using the method I show in the video. Both methods will be shown with timestamps.
