Completed by killing 20 other persons where both is using one of following:

Using the item grants you an extra button with abilities that you can use on another player using one of the 5 items. The ability your button will cast is randomized with each use:
直拳 - the weakest ability dealing 10% max hp.
大力横扫 - the medium ability dealing 20% max hp in a 4-yard cone.
跳跃攻击 - the strongest ability dealing 30% max hp, jumps 7 yards forward, and dealing damage on impact.

The items can be aquired from 查普曼 for 100g.
Check the different maps on his page, to find his exact location (he can be found in more than one graveyard).

Note 1: Places which are sanctuary like Dalaran, making it impossible to damage people. And therefore you cannot complete the requirement there.
Note 2: To avoid ress time, you can do it inside an instance. I did it in Siege of Ogrimar. And we got a kill every 5-10 seconds. When I died I lost the extra ability, so we had 1 person completing the achievement followed by the other.

Several things to keep in mind if you want to earn this achievement:
- You just need to buy the costume during Day of the Dead, the achievements can be earned all year round.
- If you have the costume on, you cannot be healed and you are silenced. This means that there is no way to regenerate health (except for passive regeneration)
- If you die you keep the costume buff, but you cannot use the costume attacks until you use the costume again.
- You can just chain kill one of your friends with the costume for the achievement. It doesn't matter if you kill someone with ressurrection sickness, you will still get credit.
- If multiple people are hitting a player, only the player who gets the killing blow receives credit.
- Level is irrelevant for this achievement, as all attacks deal percentage based damage. This means that you can kill a level one character and receive credit. However, level 1 characters have a lot of passive health regen, so they are impossible to kill. Consequently, if you want to do this achievement without dying a lot, you should do it on a level 1 character.

Here's the quick way to "farm" this achievement with your friends:

do two sets in your Equipment Manager: for full gear and for no gear; put these sets on your action bar to quickly change gear
put on your Contender's Costumes and locate yourselves near the graveyard
take off your gear and put it on again - your life should be about 15%
let your friends defeat you - it should be easy now because Contender's Costume skills take % of your life
take turns to manage the long waiting time for resurrection
profit!

Another easy way perfect for 2 players:

leave all your durability gear in bank, so that you won't pay repair bill
locate yourselves at graveyard
put on your Contender's Costumes
let your partner defeat you x times and resurrect at Spirit Healer (this will leave you with 50% life)
switch roles
profit!

To the ones that are wondering how to get this done the easiest..

I took a bunch of friends and went to a quiet place near the graveyard.
Took us 15 minutes to get the first 20 kills.

Tip of the year:

This achievement is actually piss easy once I figured out how to trade effiecently :)

Gather a friend or two, and enter a new raid instance, like Siege of Orgrimmar. When you die and release, you will spawn immediately and without a corpse run. That means: No ress timer, no ghost run.

Stand at the point of ressurection and let your friend kill you. If you are more than 2 people, you can get double/triple etc killing blows instead. Just spam the Release button and you will spawn at the very same point again, making it easy for the person who's gathering, since you can start "loading" a jump or sweep directly after they die.

With 3 persons in the party, this will be done in a couple of minutes without a problem. It's better to let one person complete the achievement first, so you don't havce to wait for the item's cooldown to finish.

Was furious when I saw this achievement, but with this trick, I just wished there was more in the series :)

Extremely annoying achievement for 2 reasons:

Only killing blows count
You resurrection timer quickly goes to 2 minutes, so you wait longer for rezzes than that you can kill players

I've had several runs where I could do one punch, and then was stunned until I died.

This is the most badly designed achievement in the game by far, for a special event like this. They didn't even think to make the resurrection CD lower for it.

When someone hits you with Jump Attack or Strong Sweep you get stunned and it's annoying, but since the stuns are buffs you can just right click to remove them instantly. And with a little macro you don't even have to click to remove them.

And to click the button to use the attacks you can use this macro.

The best way to do it is to take as many friends as possible and go inside Siege of Orgrimmar raid, right in front of the instance "door".
The reason to go to SoO is because when your friends die, then they click the resurrection button and they ress immediately without waiting for some timer or anything.

Have your friends use the special item and stack, then you just have to kill them using the special attacks that you are given to the special extra button.

I took 2 of my friends and i was killing them over and over again and i got all 50 kills in less than 10 mins.

I know Blizzard tries to be witty with Achievement names, but I think someone didn't pay attention to the correct translation of the word "twenty", which is "veinte" in Spanish. "Vientos", the name of this achievement, means "winds", like the winds that blow outside. Considering the requirements of the achieve, I think they meant to go with the former, "veinte". So-Cal company messes up English -> Spanish translation... that's quite a feat out here.

Protip: these kills net Halaa battle tokens. Get a raid group together, get naked, and punch each other silly in the graveyard. I racked up all 170 tokens in half an hour.

FASTEST WAY TO EARN ACHIEVEMENT OF THE VIENTOS! AND OTHERS.

First don't do the same mistake as I did, don't get all exited and buy all the costumes.. you just need one =P

A excellent way to do this is by getting in a group of 5 and if you cant get 5 people, just get at least one more other than you haha.

Go to Shadowfang Keep (you spawn pretty much at the door when you die)
As you spawn in, to your left you'll see a wall and some barrels.
Have your party stand on top of each other and on top of the barrels and you will be facing them below the barrels.
Make sure all of them are wearing the costumes; including you. (any color would do).

Proceed to attack them against the wall. The reason you are doing this against the wall, is because when you get the jump ability you wont have to back up to jump, you'll simply just press it and you'll land on them and they will take damage. As they release and walk back in the dungeon, during the time you'll keep pressing your ability till you get jump again and luckily when they are all position and ready you would have the jump attack.

If you do it this way, they will have low HP when they walk in, and in two attacks you can finish them off. So if you do a Jump and a sweep attack, instant kill. But some times it may take 3 ability hits if you get a jab haha.

Doing this will speed up the process even if you were only two people doing this. Kill your friend, he releases, quickly try to get jump attack ready to go so when he goes up against the wall it will take about two hits to kill him, he release again, comes back with low HP, rinse and repeat. Once that person gets the achievement switch. You'll be done fairly quickly trust me. Hope this helps, Sorry for horrible grammar and spelling.

Super fast way to get this with one or more others.

Get your costumes on and group up.
Port / Hearth to Vale of Eternal sorrows and enter SoO.
Remove all your gear.
Take turns at getting all the way to Calavera like so:

"victims" stack on top of each other.
First attacked whacks them repeatedly. When victims die, release spirit immediately. You'll end up right at the entrance again. (Ideally you'll be standing there to begin with, you'll figure out the spot really quickly.)
Multikill!
Once you've got the achievement, swap places and next killer goes for it.

Just make sure that you keep your costume updated (10 min cooldown)

This achievement is the best way to make 哈兰作战勋章. Gather a lot of people that will beating themself, and few healers that will non stop ressing dead people. Few minutes and all players had tokens for both mounts.

And it doesn't seem to be working outside of DotD either as we've just tried it and you can't kill each other, just get to 1hp and don't die :(

Seems to be bugged in 6.2. (Posted November 1st, 20 minutes after event started)

After donning the Contender's Costumes, you cannot be killed by another Contender. You'll be reduced to 1 hp, but never die.

Expect an incoming hotfix.

Edit: As noted in the comments to this one, duelling works!

Dueling seems to be the only option to make this work now (2015). Being in raid or just any PvE area makes it impossible to "kill" the other person and get credit.
However, you don't kill your opponent anymore (becasue you are in duel stance), so you can do the achievement everywhere you want.

But of course there is another downside, there is now a shared cooldown of 1 minute by all the costumes, and your opponent will loose the costume. So after every "kill" you have to wait until cd is ready and your opponent can wear the costume again.

Best solution is to get a group together, kill people one by one, so by the time you done the others, cooldown on first should be ready again.

edit 1: Apparently holy priests do die on each defeat, so make sure not to do this in holy spec
edit 2: Because of these changes I am wondering if the achievement can be done now when Day of the Dead is not up, will test this out in a few days

cancels stuns (not really needed anymore)

Easiest way to do this is via dueling.

1. Grab a friend, guildie, stranger or raid group that has a contender costume(s).
2. Meet up anywhere you can duel.
3. Both put on costume
4. Start the duel
5. Have one person stand there and the other do all the punching.
6. Once the duel is won start a new duel immediate
7. The person who lost the duel should start punching the person who won (this prevents health regen)
8. Once the cooldown for the costume is up the loser should stop punching
9. Once out of combat don the costume and let the other person start attacking you again.
10. Rinse and repeat.

The Next achievement (甜蜜的头盖骨) requires 50 so make sure you put aside some time to do this if you want all three achieves.

Special Note if a warlock is involved and they have life tap have them use it right before putting on their costume for you to start punching them.

Just did this tonight. We started with dueling like the comments suggested, however it looks like you don't need to do so anymore. One of us didn't accept the duel, I defeated them and still got credit on the achievement. We finished up the achievement without having to duel for the last 30 kills.

So it's still a one minute cd for the costumes, but they don't die when you defeat the other person and they do lose the costume.

You don't have to leave the duel, as soon as your opponent lost the toy buff, you've got the kill credit, so just heal the opponent, reapply toy buff, rinse and repeat.

Both just need the toy on and you can start the smacking!

A little tidbit for current wow - Enabling Warmode makes you unable to reduce another non-Warmode player below 1% hp.

Even if you do this with another player, who will willingly let you beat them up, this achievement is really tedius, and sometimes it won't work in 3 wins.

Something to look for though:
-Flare means one of you won. It will make piff! sound
-It seems that it has a higher chance for either of you to win, if both engage in combat
-Sometimes it felt like exiting the costume and healing up worked, but probably not need to be 100% full hp
-If the counter was stuck, I just went out of the costume, healed up and tried again after half a minute or so
-Even though the opponent is at 1 HP, do one more hit for the killing blow!

Doing 1-20 took probably almost 30 minutes.

Edit: Actually. This is pretty fun, if you're inviting more people. We were able to get 2 wins in a row, by hitting eachother, in a group of 3. Use LFG tool and get minimum 3 people! Also feels less buggy when you're more than 2.

Edit 2: Eventually made a raid, and people had really much fun! Go for it. The more the merrier!

Pretty easily farmable with 2 accounts (your main, and a free 'trial' account)

Just make an alt, (pref a lvl10 Allied race), meet up in your main city and use the itemwith your 2nd account.
Beat yourself up using your main account.. wait for the CD on your 2nd account... and repeat..

Since the CD is 1m, you should be done in 20m...
