I'm pretty sure this title is already available for people who complete this task.

I know I've definately seen people with it in TBC.

(Correct me if this title was removed at some point and is now being re-implimented.)

The Justicar title was never 'officially' removed from the game... as far as coding is concerned. But to get it, one must hit exalted with all three factions... however since Blizzard removed the ability to turn in tokens for reputation, gaining exalted with anything but Alterac is nigh impossible.

So while it is still possible to obtain, it really isn't. So either Blizzard is just re-vamping the Justicar title coding to fit with the rest of WotLK, or they are re-implementing a way to gain reputation, and in turn, the Justicar title... *crosses fingers*

As a non-human who's grinded the rep without ever turning in a mark for rep, I'd hate to see any nerfs to this grind.

This dosen't really seem impossible, more like *slightly* hard. Let's say you give yourself a task, one of the PVP mounts. You'll need 30 marks, from WSG, AB and AV. So do AB until you have the 30 marks, you will get a fair amount of reputation, if you dont get your ass totally kicked.
I play alliance, and we loose alot in AB, still I made from friendly 5000~ to 1300~ honored by doing AB constantly for a day. It's a much harder challenge than for example getting a Netherdrake, since this is the constant doing of something that will after a while seem boring(rush to a flag, kill someone, die, respawn, rush to a flag, kill someone, die, respawn etc).

I wish everyone who is trying to get this the best of luck. You'll be on a good way to the title gained from 100.000 HKs also. Should I succeed in getting either I will report back when I do so.

Edit(19 days after initial post):
Currently 5000 into revered with Arathor. Also this is wasn't contstant PVPing. The Alliance in my battlegroup(which in this case is Blackout) has for some reason increased the amount of victories exceptionally. Now I see about 70-85% of the battles I fight end up in glorious victory for the Alliance.
Also my mailbox is filled with marks. I'm looking forward to play WSG with my well earned Arathor Battle Tabard(whenever I hit exalted that is).
This reminds me of a "rather" humorous situation earlier this week in one of my many battles. A random level 80 hunter with neutral Arathor reputation(meaning he hasn't seen too much action in Arathi Basin) said "good job guys ;)" or something similiar, to which I replied "Welcome to the front, after spending a day or two here, you will never smile again".(Serious paladin is serious :O)

In any case, I will update again once I hit exalted. Best of luck to everybody after the title(or the tabard for that matter).

This is getting really annoying, the people you play with are a bunch of incompentent idiots, everything from 12-year olds to "Make This A Quick Loss Guyz"-#$%gots to wannabe commanders that ^&*! %^&* up worse than when people dont listen. My overall mood has changed, I'm not a person with a long temper, but now I get extremely frustrated at very small things, which I didnt before, even though I dont have a long temper.
Every time we get FACEROLLED in AB, I want to smash something.
Seriously, if I'd meet any of these idiots I play with I'd smash their face at the pavement until they'd have no !@#$ing face left.
I'd adivise people with a short temper to stay the hell away, or you'll end up killing someone.

I took up the farm again and I am about to reach exalted. All in all I'd say it took well over a month(disregarding the inactivity between farm sessions).
I generally tried to get 1000 rep/day. It has been a long tiersome trip, and I'll close to of-the-Alliance aswell(70,000 HKs), I can't say I regret it. Good luck to those who take this on, you have my highest respect.

I finished it sometime during November last year(ie 2009). As I earlier mentioned it has been a long tiersome trip, it's had it's ups and downs but I don't regret it.
I also started farming the 30,000 honorable kills I was missing for the 100,000 mark sometime during December which I finished sometime during January.

I did the math and to get from neutral (0) to exalted takes 42000 rep, and you get 35 rep from each flag captured (unless its WSG weekend) it will take 1200 flag captures to get exalted with silverwing sentinels, or 400 wins. For Knights of arathor 1 win is 100 rep, so youd need 420 wins to get exalted with them, for AV its easy, lol. Good luck!

After a long rep grind, i got this title. Its totally doable, but i suggest you bring a friend or 2 to the WSG part - me ( a rogue) and a pally friend managed to get me this title by basically 2-manning WSG (he'd heal me while i ran the flag, while the rest of the team was being mindless midfield farmnoobs)

Tip: in wsg you need flag caps for rep, not just wins or kills. See how much rep you get per flag, and calculate how many caps you need to get exalted (this might be a frightening number)

Pointless post, but anyone who goes for the Justicar title deserves the highest level of respect in my books. It's alot of commitment and perseverance.

just started the long and boring grind for this title today, almost exhaulted with V already, neutral with both silverwing and the knights. i figure at least ill be able to buy as much arena gear as i want with all the honor ill be gaining. and epic gems galore

Some advice:

Being a Human (+10% rep) and a hybrid class (for some variety) makes this grind a little more bearable.

WSG:
Try to find a PVP Twink guild and do this with your guild at lower levels. 2-3 good players working together can win a WSG. Lower levels don't have all of the "I-WIN" buttons that make matches at 80 so painful. Either the 39 or 49 bracket is a good place to hang out while doing this, as the classes are somewhat balanced and there won't be 8 DK's running around 2 shotting everyone with their starter gear.

AB:
It's gotten better, but it used to be pretty hard to get more than 2 ABs an hour at lower levels, thus you may need to go to 80 to maximize your bg time.

I found this grind to be a lot more hellish. Realistically, you need 5 or so people in a premade to be able to win AB consistently. The worst part is, even dominating wins take almost 20 mins. However, you can chill a lot more in AB, guarding bases and such. Alliance in my battlegroup win about 30% of ABs and specialize in the 20 minute 1600-500 loss (=30 rep), if it's the same for you I would advise you to transfer elsewhere, as my average was about 100-150 rep per hour spent in the bgs. (yes that means i spent about 200 hours in AB)

Note the AB BG weekend only rewards slightly more (6% now as opposed to 33% before) increased reputation, so don't wait for them to power grind rep.

AV:
Easysauce. Do this when you're sick of sitting in AB.

Blizz ought to revamp these alliance forces reputation achevements especialy the silverwing sentinels/warsong outriders as the main way to get reputation with them is for someone to capture a flag as there are few quests. This rewards 35 reputation (45 on the bg holiday) per flag capped by your team with a maximum of 95 (135 for the holiday) for three captures. This means to reach exalted status you will have to win 442 battles provided you win by capturing all three flags, and we all know that alliance suck at PvP. Plus there is almost no reason to do this besides 'The Justicar' title.
There should be more ways of getting rep e.g both repeatable quests and normal quests and perhaps getting honourable kills which reward repuatation and more rewards such as a separate title 'Sentinel' and more items.

Ok, I'm running for the Justicar as well, and I'm exalted with two out of the three. What remains is Silverwing Sentinels. I'm 5348/21000 and not on farm. I run as a Holy/Disc Priest (with a very unorthodox spec). I'm literally the flag-runner everytime, and I find that I don't give a damn about winning or losing. I only care about flag-caps. But I have a few tips for those who need to farm Warsong en route to Justicar.

Living Action Potion is quite useful, but honesty, judicious application of Free Action Potion is vastly superior. If you get ambushed by a Rogue, trinket and enjoy immunity with the latter for 30 seconds. Also, let me tell you, when running with the flag, just tear through the opposing faction after you pop one of the Free Action Potions. 90% of all players will try first to impair your movement. Frostbolts, ground freezes, desecration, etc., etc., etc. You will slide through all of it.

The next tips are for Priests. Farming WSG for the Justicar can be brutal, especially as a healer. Shadow and Disc are amazing (at times, respectively), but I've found a spec that's insanely potent. Here is mine.

Body and Soul: This talent is literally the most important one. When the timer on the start expires, cast Renew immediately and when the global cooldown expires cast PW:Sheild. Make sure auto-run is on and you will take off ahead of the crowd. Get outside the gateway and mount up. This places you ahead of everyone else, since as a Priest with the spec I'm giving you, you are ideal for carrying the flag. Ride up to the Horde camp (or Alliance, but I play a Human, so my perspective is Alliance) on the right hand side, up around to the upper right entrance. Ride into the entrance and let the game dismount you. As soon as it does, pop PW:Shield again. This speeds you to the flag and almost guarantees you get it.

Now the next part has several variations to it. Depending on if the flag is guarded (and 80% of the time, especially at the beginning, it's not), there are two strategies to use. If unguarded, grab the flag and head down the tunnel. If no one is accompanying you, grab the Speed Boost, if there are escorts with you, leave it alone. Do NOT get ahead of escorts, that's a mistake. If the flag is guarded, then you'll likely need to use a Free Action Potion to get out of the room with the flag. This is so much fun. Hunters, Warriors, Mages and the rest are almost powerless to stop you. Fears, Cyclones and Sheep still work, though, but 75% of the time it's warriors trying to stun you or mages trying to freeze you. The potion is godly.

Head for your flagroom across the battlefield. When you encounter the opposition, pop a Free Action Potion immediately (unless you had to use it in the flagroom, but we'll ignore that scenario here--we'll assume it's not on CD). Make sure Renew and Prayer of Mending are up, and get ready to Dispel, PW:Shield and Abolish Disease with a fury. Body and Soul augments both Abolish Disease and PW:Shield nicely, and for the love of God, you must invest in the Glyph of Dispel. This, along with Holy Nova (improved with Glyph of Holy Nova) really makes the run a lot easier.

The best thing about the spec I've laid out is the unpredictability of it. Few expect a Priest on the battlefield to have a speed boost or to be able to cleanse poisons. And no one expects them to be immune to stuns and snares. Use that surprise, along with the instant cast spells listed above, and you will proc Surge of Light with astonishing regularity. The crits from the Glyph of Dispel are the usual suspects for Surge of Light, but the best and almost guaranteed way to proc is to use Holy Nova as often as possible. It crits for 3.5 to 4K heals, is instant, and if you are close to your group, can hit five at once (it also does mediocre damage to those all around you, which is better than none). And remember, Surge of Light is beastly good.

Depending on preference, Glyph of PW:Shield or Glyph of Inner Fire are the only two acceptable flag-runner glyphs to fill the last spot. The Shield one gives you another way to proc Surge of Light, whereas the Inner Fire one provides more protection from physical attacks. Either is fine.

Pros and Cons:
Speed on demand every 13 seconds (with PVP set bonus in effect)

Snare and Movement Speed Impairment immunity 30 seconds of every 2 minutes

Ability to cleanse poisons on yourself

Blessed Resilience, Focused Will, Reflective Shield, Spirit of Redemption, Spiritual Healing and Spell Warding

Big Con: This spec has NO MANA REGEN whatsoever. When you're out of mana, you're out of mana.

I PuG'd pretty much everything as well, so it took me about a year and half to get it. I didn't do BG's non-stop though. Just to give you an idea.

General facts and other neat information around Arathi Basin and the reputation grind:

Achievements for reaching exalted with 污染者 (Horde) and 阿拉索联军 (Alliance) respectively awards 污染者 and 阿拉索的骑士. These achievements are steps in 征服者 (H) / 审判者 (A).
Once reaching exalted a quest will be avalible in Arathi Highlands (Hammerfall (H), Refuge Point (A)). The quests are 夺取五座基地 (H) / (A) and awards respectively 污染者战袍 (H) and 阿拉索战袍 (A).
Most of the random achievements in Arathi Basin are listed here.
Getting exalted with respectively Arathi Basin faction WILL take time. According to parazyte's estimation you'll get 75 reputation per game. So prepare for the grind of your life.

Reputation gains for full victories (reaching 1600/1600 points) during normal days:

10 ticks × 10 reputation = 100 rep.
It ticks every 160 resources you reach.

Reputation gains for full victories (reaching 1600/1600 points) during Call to Arms:

11 ticks × 10 reputation = 110 rep.
It ticks every 140 resources you reach.

Can I get more reputation when farming AB than this?
If you're in a guild with 声望阁下 you will be getting 10% extra reputation. Meaning 11 rep per tick instead of 10:

During normal days: 10 ticks × 11 reputation = 110 rep for a full victory.
During Call to Arms: 11 ticks × 11 reputation = 121 rep for a full victory.

Does it matter whether you win or lose the BG? Regarding reputation gains.
No, the only thing that matters is whether you reach the required resources or not.
E.g. Reaching 160, 320 etc or during CtA reaching 140, 280 etc. Of course you'll get more honor for winning.

How does this work if you have both 声望阁下 + 外交 (Alliance only of course)?
They should be stacking and you should be getting 12 reputation per tick. Not quite sure about the exact number if they are both based on the base amount of rep or if they are based on eachother.

Are there any quests you can get extra reputation from?
Yes there are three quests. These are the same quests that have been in the game since Vanilla though, so you might have done them even though you might not remember it. The quests are avalible from Hammerfall (H) and Refuge Point (A) in Arathi Highlands.
One NPC per faction gives all quests:

Horde: 屠杀者杜维尔: 阿拉希盆地之战！ (Neutral required), 夺取四座基地 (Friendly required), 夺取五座基地 (Exalted required).
Alliance: 奥斯莱特元帅: 阿拉希盆地之战！ (Neutral required), 控制四座基地 (Friendly required), (Exalted required).

There are one or two more quests called Standard/Advanced Care Package but they only award 10 reputation.
And no, Blizzard has no plans what so ever to change this reputation system. They like how this is in AB+WSG and would like to keep it as one of the few über grinds in game. The only fact we can rely on is that RNGesus plays a very little role in this reputation grind...

Updates as of 4.2
It appears that reputation gains has been reduced by approximately 30%.
You now get reputation during normal days for full victories:

6 ticks × 10 reputation = 60 rep. (66 with 声望阁下).
It ticks every 260 resources you reach. (Up by 100 resources.)

And during Call to Arms:

8 ticks × 10 reputation = 80 rep. (88 with 声望阁下).
It ticks every 200 resources you reach. (Up by 60 resources.)

This is in my opinion outrageous and I'm hoping it gets reverted.

One achievement I am never going to get. Alliance can't even score one flag even out of doing dozens of WSG's. AB on the other hand I stand a chance at getting since we usually have at least one base even though in the end the Horde wind up with 5.

After reading these posts I'm totally perplexed as to peoples comments regarding this achievement being "Unattainable". Of course it is but it's one of the biggest grinds in the game without question.

声望阁下 makes this achievement ALOT easier along with the human racial 外交 and you can include using 协同战旗 which will give you +1 to your rep gains with 阿拉索联军 and it might also effect rep for flag turn ins with 银翼要塞 although I'm not totally sure that this is the case although highly probable it will. The key to remember is to focus on these when its a holiday weekend as this will give you an additional reputation boost if your in a hurry.

Personally, I'm still 4k away from 阿拉索联军 which is around 25 more wins and as for 银翼要塞 well I'm still honoured and my approach is to play what you have time for on holiday weekends and then grind the last 2/3k when your really close.

Having played for over 600 days, farmed the insane along with many other rare mounts and pets and I have to say that I like these hard, big grinds; they make the game what it is as after all the things you appreciate the most are the things that are hardest to obtain.

Respect to anyone who has completed this; one day i'll be amongst you!

i think took about 2 years for me and i did it almost every day almost every weekend, i also failed a lot of subjects then in college. i hope they really dont nerf this :( just leave it as it is. nobody wants to be a "special snowflake" but there is a difference between nerfing somethign that is pvp related. the other poster was right, if u have a life this is almost unattainable through legal means.

A little tip would be to use Factionizer to keep track of how many games or flag captures you need to get to the next standing.

Factionizer is no longer maintained and the part for the arathi basin is bugged - so here is a fix:

As of at least 6.0 - or probably sooner, I only just came back to the game with WoD being released - there is no longer a guild perk for reputation, and there are also no Call to Arms for that delicious 33% increase for the reputation. AV still being the easiest, and AB coming in as a close second, it's WS that's the insane part of this.

3 flag captures are no longer necessary to win a game of WS, and a rough measure would be that there is one and a half flag caps per game, in my experience. You need 1200 flag captures - one capture worth 35 reputation - to reach exalted from 0/3000 neutral, which means 400 won games at 3 flags captured - or probably something like a thousand total games if we take into count the games where your team won't capture 3 flags. Which happens often. Each game averages at about 20 minutes (again, don't trust these stats as they are just kind of how I feel it to be). That means you'll play about 800 hours of this battleground before reaching exalted! I'm jealous of anyone who got the title before the battleground marks were removed from the game...

I'm not sure when exactly they changed it, but sometime post WoD you now gain 100 Rep per flag cap in WSG (110 if human) + another 100 (110 if human) for a total win. So you can earn a total of 440 rep per win. I recently got this on 4/2/16, and I do have to say WSG rep is still a pain and the hardest of the bunch, but it is way easier than it previously was.

This is my complete list of major PVP achievements. I can't honestly believe I have them all but hey, combined achievements and honor kills made it possible.

I am most proud of the Justicar one since I did over half the rep during MoP. I ran more WSG 5 man pre-mades than you can count, definitely one of those titles I would never have attempted or achieved without oQueue.

i was wondering if you needed every rep on one single character because i have the AV rep exalted (have the achievement) but it doesnt go towards the justicar achievement on my mage, i have both silverwing and arathor knights rep at revered and i was wondering if i had to grind the AV rep on my mage (since i only have neutral on this character)

As of the 11.0 pre-patch, the Justicar title appears to now be account-wide. Unknown if this was intentional or not.
