You get 50 勇气点数 after defeating every boss.
And, you get a special shirt for every boss, PLUS, a final shirt for the achievement.

And, here's the list of the differents cards, and how to get them:

冒牌土笛子
This card is obtained by dancing (/dance) with 老爹土笛子, who is located in Kun-Lai Summit (coords are 65,60). After the emote, he gives you the card, and the quest associated is 老爹土笛子.

迅猛龙皮拳击手套
This card is obtained in the event Battlefield: Barrens. You can buy it at the cost of one 激荡的魔精, and the seller is 拉薇卡, who is located in the Razor Hill Watchtower (49,40), Durotar.The quest associated with this card is 泰塔尔.

猢狲毛导火索
This card is obtained by doing the daily quest 粗麻碾压者. Just smash the hozens until you get it. The quest associated with this card is 布姆布姆大师.

无瑕的利齿
This card is obtained by fishing in the different Pandaria pools. The quest associated with this card is 锋齿.

一瓶红色软泥
This card is obtained by getting the loot bag after finishing random scenarios 大宝箱. Not confirmed if it is also contained in Heroics loot bags, or daily loots bags. The quest associated with this card is 斯普拉特.

改良的咀嚼装置
This card is obtained after defeating 布鲁斯, the first "Boss" of the Brawler's Guild. If you have already defeated him, you can buy his card (挑战卡牌：布鲁斯) for a rematch. The quest associated with this card is 机甲布鲁斯.

冰冻蛋壳
This card is obtained after defeating the new elite battle pet ("Doppy"), who is located in northern Icecrown (48,14). The quest associated with this card is 帝皮和杜皮.

尘封的旧机器人
This card is obtained after opening the 布林顿4000礼包 from 布林顿4000. The quest associated with this card is 布林顿3000.

巨熊与淑女
This card is obtained by looting the Caravan Supply Box (剩余的补给品) in the Battlefield: Barrens. There have been reports that this card is also contained in the loot bags 大宝箱. The quest associated with this card is 巨熊与淑女.

被布包住的石头
This card is obtained from harvesting crops in your farm. The quest associated with this card is 猜拳手.

挖掘专家的铲地刀
This card is obtained by digging Tol'vir Digsites. Also, there have been reports that it can be contained in 一箱托维尔考古碎片. The quest associated with this 明格斯·迪格斯.

陈旧的眼罩
This card is contained in 暗月游戏奖品, which is the reward of the following quests: 开枪！得分！, 敲打时刻, 目标：乌龟, 炮弹飞人 and 坦克指挥官. The quest associated with this card is 盲眼英雄.

Should I wait to collect all the cards and complete the achievement to unlock the next achievement before actually fighting these bosses? O will I get credit for the next achievement even if I fight them before unlocking it?

The letter from Bizmo that comes with the shirt (浴血拳手的外套):

"Let's take a quick inventory: You've defeated a shark, a robotic crocolisk, a pile of ooze, a pair of penguins, and a whole roomful of deadly brawlers from around the world.

Yeah, I'd say you've earned a shirt."

The shirt gives the buff Brawling Champion with a 'Only rewarded to top-ranking champions of the Brawler's Guild.' buff description, similar to the affects of Precious' Ribbon.

All of the gold bags add up to looting 6900 gold from these 12 bosses. That looting counts towards achievements that track looted gold.

Rewards 浴血拳手的外套

Neither this nor any of the other shirts rewarded from the quests can be re-acquired after deleting them at this time. That's quite the amount of required bag-space :)

However, since the achievement doesn't require you to actually turn the quests in, you could get this piece of pure awesomeness while holding on to the completed quests, until you recover from your hoarding-disorder and can cough up 12 extra slots!

A list of what all the shirts say when equipped:

吹笛人的外套: "Toot root!"

If you are like me, and you have not yet completed 收集你的卡牌（第2赛季）, you can still check your progress towards 打翻你的对手（第1赛季）.

Place the following code in a macro:

It will print the name of each Brawler's Guild boss, and if you've decked them yet or not. For example:

Dippy & Droopy: Incomplete
Blingtron 3000: Complete

While i'm waiting for crops to grow, and before I spend hours upon hours fishing and levelling battle pets, i wanted to make sure there wasn't any bosses I could kill instead.
