You can get 9 艾泽拉斯骑手会徽章 per race for a total of 154 badges (144 from races and 10 from quest 卡利姆多杯入门) to pick the quest speak to 安德斯塔兹领主 next to the Rostrum of Transformation where you customize your Dragonriding drake in Valdrakken.

You will need a total of 240 艾泽拉斯骑手会徽章 to buy all the items from the Vendor.
