The first chapter references Shuja Grimaxe, but the relevant questgiver is Breka Grimaxe. This seems to be a mistake - perhaps they originally wrote this chapter to include Shuja, but swapped her out for Breka?

The 毁了一半的日记 item for the 故事的全貌 achievement can be found in the Waking Shores at the coordinates 23, 60. To reach the bookcase where the book is located, you need to go into the Vaults at 27, 61, also in the Waking Shores. Head down the stairs, and then take your first left. Continue until there's a room on your left side again, and enter that room. On the right side, there's a bookcase with an interactable book which starts the 复活的记忆 quest! I also submitted a screenshot of the book in the bookcase, hope it helps!

The full quests for Duroz & Kolgar are:

1) Untold Regrets
2) Pain Management
3) The Bitter End
4) Life After Life
5) Hollow

The quests are offered in 3 sections (1+2, 3+4, and 5). Each new section becomes available for your character after the next weekly reset.

The Tarjin part doesn't get checked off even after doing his 25 dragon skulls quest and hearing his last story.

So the Captain Garrick & Shuja Grimaxe you should be able to finish with the main storyline and side quests.
The Veritistrasz objective you finish once you return his diary as other comments mentioned.
The Duroz & Kolgar I finished today. After they walk to the steps some time must passed (I checked back the next day) and "something happens to one orc" (not spoiling the storyline). He then gives you a continuation quest and at the end of it you follow him into a bar where he "needs time to think". Today when i logged in I went back and he had another quest for me in the bar. At the end of that quest you get the credit for him.
Tarjin the Blind gave me another 25 dragon skull quest today. I'm assuming when I turn it in I'll be getting another story from him. I'll update if I get the achievement today.

Update: I completed it this week. You get 6 stories. Tale of the outsider, tale of the elders, tale of the warlord, tale of the slumbering, tale of the magma pact, and tale of the weakling

Note that the quest line with 盲者塔尔金 takes 6 weeks of collecting skulls to receive story details in piece-meal fashion. Order of the tales:

Tale of the Outsider
Tale of the Elders
Tale of the Warlord
Tale of the Slumbering
Tale of the Magma Pact
Tale of the Weakling

The quest line with 科加尔·护焰 takes 3 weeks - The first week you receive two quests, the second week you receive two quests, and on the third week you will receive a quest that ultimately awards progress for Duroz & Kolgar.

New quests with each of these NPCs resets with the weekly reset.

For anyone having trouble completing the achievement, some parts are weekly based, so if something is not popping up (Like Tarjin the Blind tales, etc...) Just go back after reset and they will probably have more quests for you to complete.

Special note that the Duroz and Kolgar part takes 3 weeks to do, and the Tarjin part takes 6 weeks to do. If you're doing the Tarjin part last, the achievement will pop after you listen to Tale of the Weakling

Can confirm this achievement pops* after he tells the 'Tale of the Weakling', not after quest turn-in

*assuming youve finished the other stories

For 盲者塔尔金, you have to actually listen to the stories (at least the last one) before the achievement pops.

Can someone please tell me where the best place is to hunt dragon skulls? Some of the highlighted map areas seem to have none, or they're flying way too high up

Is anyone else having trouble getting Veritistrasz checked off as complete? Swear I've done everything pertaining to his quest line.

As of now (July 2024), you can complete the Duroz & Kolgar part of the achievement in one sitting while in the Ruby Lifeshine Inn. Talk to Kolgar, who's sitting at a table on the left side of the room as you walk in, buy a round of drinks and fetch the items he requests and voila!

today i did my last "Tarjin the Blind" Story (Week 6) to finally finish "All Sides of the Story" but when i checked my Achievement progress im now back at 1/4. all my progress got somehow deleted with the prepatch. i hope this gets fixed :(

well since the patch dropped yesterday 23-july-2024 the progress for this achievement is gone and can get to work any ideas how to fix it ( if I run the scrips to the related quest its says all "true"/ completed and blizzard ticket just sent me to wow head).

So Blizzard fixed people's progress on this achievement (at least mine was fixed). All I needed was Tarjin the Blind and I have unlocked all of his dialogues, when I visit him he basically says "I thought I made it very clear that I was done with you, outsider." and he offers no more quests. So I am a bit confused as to what is going on. Is it still bugged? Should my achievement be completed now or am I still missing something?
