The total amount of Anima required for this achievement is 24000 (4000 from rank 1 + 20000 from rank 2)

Anima conductor: 1000 + 5000
Transportation network: 1000 + 5000
Mission table: 500 + 5000
Covenant special: 1500 + 5000

I got this achievement but I don't have all at rank 2. (1,2,2,4)

"Increased anima rewards"?
How much of an "increase", because that's a pretty hefty investment for a pretty vague reward.

Note that the extra anima rewards are tied to earning the achievement, not necessarily to what you currently have in your Sanctum. My character earned the first achievement, We Can Rebuild, by building all the rank 1 buildings in her Sanctum. Shortly afterward, she switched Covenants from Necrolord to Venthyr, and of course has nothing developed there. However, she still has the anima bonus from having completed We Can Rebuild.

Much to my dismay and as I tested out, alts will NOT benefit from this achievement series though your main character obtained the bonuses.

Looking further, the achievement would mention "obtained by " followed by "not obtained by ".

You can earn this achievement before actually completing construction on your final rank 2 upgrade. Once beginning the upgrade, log out and back in and you'll get the achievement without having to wait 12 hours.

This achievement increases the uncommon and rare Anima item count by 1, for an increase of 2 in total.

For example: without any achievement, a world quest rewards 2 anima items each worth 35 anima = 70 anima.

With this achievement you will get 2 additional anima items, for a total of 4 and the reward increases to 140.

Not sure what's going on with Wowhead but these related achievements don't show up when searching on Wowhead. But do show up when searching on Google.

These achievements increse the anima you get from raids and dungeons as well. I don't have the screenshot from my full clear of Castle Nathria LFR with We can rebuild achievement, but i got 140 anima from each boss, the same amount i was getting from +10 and beyond dungeons. Today i got the rank 2 achievement and 175 from a +16 Mists (having done a 16 Mists this week as well,just got 140 anima).

I upgraded my Bastion Transportation Network to Rank 2, that was about 30 minutes ago. It has a cooldown of 12 hours for activation. In the meantime I was wandering in Thorgast, and putting my first point in newly acquired Box of Many Things, and I suddenly got this achievement! That seems a bit like a bug to me.. But it's a funny one, so not reporting it. :-P
