It's extremely straightforward. 2-3 seconds after being pulled, the boss casts Heartstopped Venom, which gives you gradually increasing energy every time you move (tracked on a little bar on your screen). At 100 energy, you get stunned for 6 seconds. Everyone in your group needs to have that stun at the same time at some point throughout the fight.

We pulled him, waited for the debuff, then all walked in a straight line together until we were stunned, then carried on with the fight as normal.

Shortly after you start the encounter, 科古斯狱长 fires 竭心毒剂 rounds at each player and applies 竭心毒剂. Every time a player moves its effects get stronger and will eventually cause the player to be stunned for 8 seconds, and you should do this as a group at the start of the encounter since there are no abilities to dodge.

Indeed really easy! After engaging him, pull back a bit, wait till you're stunned, then kill him and that's it
