im trying to get this vendor in darnassus to sell it to me but he's not budging. he keeps refilling on deflection to bracers but wont sell the shield stamina enchant... i dont know if one takes longer to "spawn" than the other...
vendor is in trade building in the merchants terrace.

edit... yep he finally sold it. mine! only had to sit around for an hour and buy 3 deflection formulas... maybe i didnt have to do that...

his name is Mythrin'dir
and for the fantasy nerds heres a fun fact.
that name is totally bitten off lord of the rings.
(the elves named Gandalf Mithrandir)

The correct location is the craftman's terrace, right above (north of) the warrior's terrace. Like the first poster said, the name is Mythrin'dir.

There ARE other general trade vendors, dont think they sell the recipe.

The recipe IS on a timer. Just because he doesnt have it doesnt mean you're in the wrong place. Just wait for it to spawn

I have bought this from one of the "Trade" vendors in the inner circle near the bank either near the mailbox or the bat handler.. can't remember.. but it's one that says "Trade Goods" or "Trade and General Goods" or something like that.. just check all the vendors up there.. it is a rare stock item though like the Alliance side. :)

The first building to the Southwest of the INN is the General Goods Supplies Building. See the Vendor on the bottom floor of this building.

And it is bind on pickup. Seen away from the fact, that this is quite strange for a vendor you need neither skill nor faction to buy from, it made me buy it twice. I sense that Mythrin'dir has some goblin blood... ;-)

Formula can be bought from Daniel Bartlett General Trade Goods vendor in Undercity for 1gold 20 silver.
Adds +7 stamina to shields. Requires 265 enchanting.

for classic Era formula will spawn like 10-15 min. bought 1st spawn which is Formula: Enchant Bracer - deflection and wait another 10 min 2nd spawn is the same and 3rd spawn will be formula: Enchant Shield - Greater stamina hope this helps
