i dont know why they wouldnt provide this for horde, looks to me like the only person who would ever use it is a shaman.

The quest start with Lotherias at 65,22 in the Capital City, Darnassus. Its in the craftmen trade area. I went to the tradesmen area by mistake first. But from the tradesmen area, go north through Warriors area and then you are in Tradesmen area. First building on right you'll see the Tailor's. The leatherworkers and Lotherias is upstairs from them... Hard to see them from the street.

For the quest, she wants the following, so bring them with you!

1 Embossed Leather Glove
5 Embossed Leather Boots
5 Embossed Leather Cloaks

I have everything to make this except the pattern. I checked here to see where can i find the pattern. But the result is really disappointing.

Why did not Blizz allowed horde this armor will remain a mystery :(

I have this pattern and would like to make this vest for my druid charecter but can not find a source for the luminous pearls. Where can I find them or gather them?

They are gotten randomly (about 5% chance) from those small barnacled clams you have to open. I got most of mine from clams dropped by murlocs and tidecrawlers in Darkshore.

why blizzard hasnt allowd ALOT of things for the horde that alliance has is beyond me, not many horde items that alliance dosnt have access too. favortism maybe

You hordes get a real nice fishing pole! I want your fishing pole :-/.. You even took it from Nat :-D
There is a pattern that you get that we don't too (same goes for most professions). Most of the items are not that special though!

If we could take quests twice and put patterns in AH .. Tanaris AH would be the place.. But you might still have a lookout :-D. Requires that items are not marked soulbound/quest item/unique.

If you really want, you might try the 'other side' and putting items in AH @ Tanaris. Unfortunate items might not be tradeable.

Can someone explain why I can't get this quest. I'm lvl 18, have heaps of skills and was standing infront of her but she had no !, are there any particular reasons why I can't get it.

This is kinda like the Discolored Healing Potion recipe that horde players get in Silverpine Forest, although this is much later - level 18 required in comparison for a gathering quest. Even though, it seems to me, as if nobody is selling either of them in AH...

In PVP they shoud make a Major City a neutral zone where alliance cant attack horde and horde cant attack alliance. I think that would be pretty cool.

I hate the fact that there are "Horde Only" and "Alliance Only" patterns. How can I quest to know and do everything for a given skill if there are faction only quests? This really sux.

Look at the list of Leatherworking quests. All of them are level 45 and above. Oh, except that one that's level 18, and available only to Alliance. Of course.

where can this be found if your Horde? During beta I played allaince and found this and crafted it for myself and a few others. Have not found it on Horde side yet.

This is a compiled list of all of the cross-faction recipes in the game.

Most (not all) 烹饪 recipes on the Alliance side are sold by 肯多尔·卡邦卡. The Horde do not have a corresponding NPC, so if you are an Alliance character wanting to create an alt on the opposite side to obtain the recipes for your main, unfortunately you'll have to have a level appropriate character to do the quests to obtain some of these recipes.

All of the recipes except one (设计图：兽人护腿) can be traded cross-faction on the neutral AH.
