no one has this ring yet because all the rings for the tier 3 sets drop off the last boss in naxx and no one has downed him yet legitly

Yes, Nihilum a European Guild on "Magdetherion" downed Kel'Thuzad the 8 September 2006. 2 of theese rings dropped! Everyone make a Orc and join the guild "Nihilum Fanclub" on "Magdetherion"-EU. :P :D, Grats Nihilum by the way!

go to warcraftmovies.com and under news it will say Kel'Thuzad down and his loot he has been killed 1 time and dropped The Hungering Cold, Soiulseeker, and Frostfire ring...How do I know? I won That sword.

These rings aint the upgrade we want from aq.
Barely better (dont really know how you feel bout Fallen God ring ~ this one, as its set bonuses and more stats, tho less dmg) from much more work then aq was after they nerfed it.
anyways, gz to whoever the two winners was :)
