How can these two items be the same item level? Plagueheart has 6 more stamina and 2 more int, and only 2 less +dam. Unless I'm missing something, that's not a reasonable tradeoff.

dont u think its a little pointless giving forstfire 4% spell hit, since its kinda obvious that u would have ZG enchatncs, 2% + there is a pretty big chance u will have an extra + 1 or 2 on weapon, trinket etc, and since u can only have + 99% spell hitso all that extra spell hit % is going to waste...it should be + crit chance imo like on shoulders, since Rime covered Mantle kinda owns frost fire shoulders, minus the set bonuses of course

Unfortunately, its not a drop in naxx...t3 stuff is gained with qs, like ZG stuff from zandalar (u need the desecrated things from nax tho!)
