You can pick this up even if you dont have the quest.

Also you can get all from the same instance.

Pre-req for spawn in ZF is kill 2 bosses. (witch doctor + gahz'rilla f.ex)
He'll walk up the road towards Gahz'rillas pool in visible stealth.

You can pick up the items without having completed the quest but you must have completed the quest before you can trade them in. I have several offerings and there is no option to trade without doing the quest first

the most efficient way to farm them is doing princess runs in mara. the wild offering mob is right by where she is and you can logout skip at the waterfall to be at the entrance and just keep doing loops. you will need the scepter to teleport in so make sure you have that.

In BRD you must kill ANY 3 bosses for the dino to spawn. We tested this extensively.

How to complete 荒野之神 and receive class respective rune.

1. Travel to 51.5, 82 in 费伍德森林

2. Pick up the quest 荒野之神 from 影齿大使

3. Travel to 67, 70 in 辛特兰

4. Kill elite trolls until you drop 荒野呢喃饮剂

5. Travel to 剃刀高地 dungeon and clear it

6. At the final boss arena - 寒冰之王亚门纳尔 - after the fight use 荒野呢喃饮剂

7. Speak to 阿迦玛甘之魂 and pick up the next quest 荒野之神

8. All of the below dungeons will provide 荒野祭品:

祖尔法拉克 - Clear any 3 bosses to spawn 谵妄古魂
玛拉顿 - Kill 瑟莱德丝公主 to spawn 谵妄古魂
黑石深渊 - Kill all three boss encounters - 审讯官格斯塔恩, 驯犬者格雷布玛尔 & 裁决者格里斯通 - to spawn 谵妄古魂

9. Use 阿迦玛甘之啸 on any of the ghostly spawns to summon dungeon-respective Delirious Ancient.

10. Each Delirious Ancient rewards 1 荒野祭品, those are repeatable and you will require 3 荒野祭品 for a rune.
You can also farm more offerings for items that 影齿大使 sells.

11. Once you acquire at least 3 荒野祭品 return to 51.5, 82 in 费伍德森林 and speak to 影齿大使

12. Use 海加尔的智慧 which will teach you the new Rune

Possible runes:

Druid - 原始能量符文
Hunter - 火力符文
Mage - 法术笔记：进阶结界
Paladin - 强化庇护
Priest - 坚毅顿悟
Rogue - 潜能符文
Shaman - 激流符文
Warlock - 复仇符文
Warrior - 骑士符文
