its not a drop, its from a quest line, the original belt has a random drop. This belt is an upgrade from dreadmist

if u wanna get Deathmist armour (classes warlock)
u have to go to thralls hall in hes hall u will find a orc with a quest he will give the the quest

every charractor will get the quest there all classes
