As a 35 warlock I've found this to be the best food for me because of it's mana regen buff and health and mana regen allows me to get right back into the fight.

Gives 1080 mana over it's 15 minute duration

On my paladin I'm level 50 and have quite a lot of intellect, around 3800, so this is giving barely 1/4 of my mana over it's full 15 minutes duration, that's not great, but I can say that there has been moments in dungeons where I've been out of mana and barely had enough to save the tank all thanks to an extra 5-20 mana this had gave, so in the case of a long pull or accidental extra mob this can be quite good, whether or not it's better than 洛恩塔姆薯块 probably comes down to the fight duration, if the fight is longer than 1 minute then the Sagefish may be better, since you'd have more mana overall. Also 美味鼠尾鱼 is quite cheap to make, you just need to fish a bit, because of this I like to give some out to casters at the start of a dungeon, speeds things up a little since people don't need to drink as often or for as long.
