I suspect these are the same a the Bijou from ZG, they're just nicely labeled as which classes can use them now. I haven't been into ZG since the patch but I believe the Primal Hakkari items (and possibly the bijous) are labeled now as well.

Gain Friendly reputation status with The 诺兹多姆的子嗣.
Accept your class quest from 安多葛斯 inside The Temple 安其拉 (AQ40). She's located in a side room just beyond 预言者斯克拉姆.
Kill 维克尼拉斯大帝 and loot the Qiraji token: 维克尼拉斯的头饰.
Collect the right amount/type of Idols and Scarabs needed, either buy them from the auction house or loot from trash / 大型圣甲虫箱s.
Complete the quest!
