The skulls are from any Kul Tirans, or at least the marines
The leg is from Crab people in the Wrecks on the east coast of Durotar.

He's a level 8 elite, so get good or get friends.

BEWARE others in the area killing mobs. When you summon him, he can be targeted by other ppl and you won't get the drop, and lose your items to summon. GG blizzard, lost this to stupid hunters autoattacking.

Obtaining 优雅符文 for Undead Warlocks

Item Overview:
优雅符文 unlocks 恶魔优雅, which is one of four pant-specific rune engravings in the Season of Discovery. 恶魔优雅 is a powerful instant cast spell offering a 30% bonus in dodge and crit rating for 6 seconds, with a mere 20-second cooldown and no mana cost.

Materials Required:
不祥宝典
豺狼人之血
猎犬的颚骨

Location:
Travel to "The Sewers" section of the Undercity.
Tomtom Waypoint: /way 24.1 41.6
Look for the purple marking on the ground.

Summon and Defeat the Demon:
Right-click 不祥宝典 in your inventory to summon 索波兹, a level 8 demon.
Relatively easy to solo, though he has around 500 health.

Finishing Up:
Right-click the 优雅符文 in your inventory to learn 恶魔优雅.

Congratulations on your new rune!

When you loot Ominous tome
You need Wolf Jawbone — dropped from any wolf
And Gnoll Blood

If you know where to do the quest for the Voidwalker — it is there. Go to that room, stay on the purple circle and use tome (with tooth and blood)

If you don't know, where is it:
Go to the Stormwind, to the Mage Quarter, find the tavern the “Slaughtered lamb” and step down to the cellar, where the warlocks trainers located. On the opposite side form entrance to that room, you can see downstairs, go down (right, right, left), voilà You found a purple circle!
