Tested this today in a running duell, i used Defiler's Plate Greaves enchanted with "Enchant Boots - Minor Speed" and the other player used his normal boots with "Enchant Boots - Minor Speed"

We both had the same run speed, so "Enchant Boots - Minor Speed" seems not to stack with "Run speed increased slightly." from Defiler's Plate Greaves. :(
Hope this helps some people to save money for other enchantments on this boots

The defiler's plate set, with the new pvp system, is quite nice and very easy to get. With its set bonuses (2: +5 stam; 3: +1% crit)it is a good set for any non raiding warrior looking for some plate to PvP in (thats far easier to get the the r12/r13 gear). :)

The boots have a nice +run speed already as a passive, and since it doesnt stack with run speed enchant you can slap a free +7 stam/agi on it too.
