With honor being used to buy gear, these shoulders are harder to get than the High Warlord's shoulders. Compared to those, these shoulders lose 8 stamina and 13 damage and healing, but add 4 mana per 5 seconds. I would personally choose the High Warlord's shoulders because of the set bonuses, and the fact that they add more beneficial stats to a Warlock. :)

The above combination of three cloth items for me would give me:

+327 Armor
+26 Stamina
+10 Int
+2% Crit to Spells

At the cost of:
-26 Spell Dmg

Which I think makes the set worthwhile in my opinion.

Do not listen to the person who calculated the number of games needed to achieve exalted. If you turn in your marks doing "For Great Honor" quest (3wsg, 3av, 3ab) you will receive 100 rep with wsg and ab, and 150 rep with av. Sure you will lose 378 honors for the week by not turning in 3 marks, but doing the "For Great Honor" quests will give you 2388 honors. So do the math, in the long-run, you will receive at least double the rep and honors for doing "For Great Honor" quests.

If you turn in each BG, 1 at a time:
Warsong (50 rep)
Arathi Basin (50 rep)
Alterac Valley (100 rep)
1134 honor points (378 honor points for each)

If you turn in For Great Honor:
Warsong (100 rep)
Arathi Basin (100 rep)
Alterac Valley (150 rep)
2388 honor points

They look like level 30 shoulders basically. The model is just reused one, but has brown in it instead. It's nothing special.
