Pro tip: Don't go after the cultists fighting the tunneler as easy pickings for Hatred Runs Deep. After they are dead, the tunneler WILL come and pwn your face.

Watch out. You summon an 83 elite worm with 322 K life... and It doesn't like you a bit ! As soon as you click the green rock run for your life !

I killed it.

It drops nothing, and does not give anything special or additional exp for those wondering.

Just drop it, and run away.

Don't make the same mistake I did. When you get the 6 crystals and click them they combine into an item that looks like a larger whitish crystal - that's the item you then use to summon the worm. I had the small crystals on my action bar so when I clicked them, the item appeared in my bag but I didn't realise this and it looked as if the quest had bugged on me. I then went round the camp again collecting another 2 sets of 6 and clicking them so i ended up with 3 of the item you need for the summon. Hanging my head in shame now

When using the stone to summon it, do not move / cast spells (ie: Disperse / Iceblock) it will cause the placement / summon of the worm to stop and you wont get any credit. Plus the crystal goes away, so you have to farm another one.

Ok...All that previous information is great, but no one mentioned where the crystals are or what they look like. I walked around the camp looking for them and agroed alot of Twlight bad guys in the process.

The quest directions say they are mining the crystals near the camp.... Hmmm...

Come to find out they were the six crystals I collected from the last quest.....I didn't know I had them in my bag and didn't realize (at first) that these crystals were the ones the questgiver was talking about.

Oh well, live and learn....

How to complete the quest Unsolid Ground:

Collect 6 Jade Crystal Cluster from around the camp.
Use (by right-clicking) 6 collected crystals to create Jade Crystal Composite.
Jade Crystal Composite can be used anywhere in the camp (there is no specific location) - be sure not to be interrupted here through moving or combat, as your Jade Crystal Composite will fail to be placed and will also be consumed -- so you'll need to collect more Jade Crystal Cluster to create a new one.
Upon placing the Jade Crystal Composite on the ground, step back and watch the twilight cultists kill the elite tunneler that spawns - you needn't kill it yourself.
Hand in!

Gather 6 Jade Crystal Clusters, combine them, and shatter them within the Lorthuna's Gate encampment.

Description

The Twilight Cult are mining jade crystals near their camp.

Foolish...

Reckless...

Gather the mined crystals. Take them to the center of their camp. Shatter them against the ground.

The reverberations and the powered crystal will bring the tunnelers upon them.

They will learn respect for the earth...
