Since this set is missing some pieces, I have expanded upon it.

My Warrior Transmog Set came out pretty good. Special thanks to Merkilan for your set.

卡尔玛的希望披风 My choice, but many good alternatives.
雷铸肩甲 Crafted by a Blacksmith
伊米亚之王护手 Purchased with Justice Points for warriors. ICC drops share same model, but pay attention to the color.
伊米亚之王头盔 JP points for warriors. Love the golden glowing eyes for some flare.
崇高腰带 I chose this belt but the 阳鳞腰带 goes best. There are other gold ones, but focus on the black and the art-style.

The blacksmithing plans for this set are no longer available however you can get these from Blacksmiths that learned this set before Cata. (My main has these plans learned and I'm happy to make them.) The legs also have a matching copy from a quest in blade-edge mountains linked above. (Edit: more has been added to this page since I made this comment.)

This plate set looks MUCH better on female toons, cut of the chest piece doesn't flatter males. Would look great on males if it went all the way down the back or had a different bottom design. However, it does look better on the furry males like Tauren and worgen.

Currently I have all the below as seen in my screenshot.

Chest: 魔法瑟银胸甲
Legs: 魔法瑟银护腿 or 因克林的护腿 reward from 拜龙教的龙崽
Feet:冷酷马靴 dropped by 灾难预言者尤瑞姆, easier to find on the AH.
Belt: 阳鳞腰带
Hands: 尊贵护手 or 碎颅者护手 or 征服者护手 from the quest 转折点 (thanks Minam0)
Shoulders: 尊贵肩铠 (an alternative without the spikes is 尊贵板甲护肩 from Terokkarantula quest.
Shield: 古树之三联盾牌
Sword: 村正
Cloak: 瑟银纹路披风 drops from 机械领主卡帕西图斯 (There are many white cloaks with gold trim to choose from. I believe tailors can make one as well.)

In my opinion, the exalted shoulders and hands look much better than what is suggested on other roleplay gear sites. If you don't want to run AQ, it is possible to find them on AH or get the look-a-like plate items I listed above.

Would love to find a helm that looks better than the one that is part of the set.

Other ideas I really like, thanks to other posters. I'll try to consolidate a bit.
Belts: 君王板甲腰带 or Paladin specific belt: 审判腰带. For a darker look, Warriors only, 愤怒腰带
Shoulders: 雷铸肩甲 or 迅钢护肩

EDIT: Thanks to Bekkaboo's helm suggestion, 坚定勇士头盔 and Ismeth's cloak suggestion, 黑曜石斑点披风, I've fallen in love with a darker look. Added 尊贵马靴 as well.

The below look is for warriors only using the 愤怒腰带, however I added 审判腰带, the invisible DK belt 阿彻鲁斯骑士腰带, and 君王板甲腰带 if you want to switch the belt out to see how each one looks.

Quite expensive, but very nice/unique looking!

This set uses the Grey, black and orange (officially "Silver") version of the "C5 Plate" artwork and forms four pieces out of a five-piece set of that art.

Sadly, the missing piece (gloves) are no longer available. If they existed they'd look like 光亮护手, which (as Atouk pointed out) were removed.

No textures exist in that artwork set for the helm, shoulders or belt. There's no loss that none were provided here as there are no perfect matches.

There are three other colour variants of this set in the artwork database and all of them are available as complete five-piece sets. See:

I am using it with 握石护手 for hands.
苏醒斗篷 for the cloak (there are several different ways to get this skin)
雷铸肩甲 crafted & a nice match color wise.
My waist is 审判腰带.
As it is for my holy pally I'm going with 艾萨拉的权杖 for my mace & 英雄的屈服 for a shield.

Using a couple pieces of Paladin-specific gear, I've put this set together that focuses on the gold aspects of the Enchanted Thorium set. Admittedly, it looks best on female Blood Elves, but doesn't everything?

尊贵护手 can be used interchangeably with 碎颅者护手, depending on what's cheaper on the AH.

I prefer the 圣灵之锤 as a MH weapon, but 诺卡尔德，死亡之源, 意志击碎者 and 村正 all work pretty well if you're not using a mace.

正义披风 is shown, but any white cloak with gold trim will work just as well. I just happened to get lucky in a T4 run through Karazhan.

光明使者肩甲 and 审判腰带 make this Paladin specific.

I think that this set is really awesome-looking, but like the others here, I'll point out that it's missing some pieces, and I'll link which ones I use!

雷铸肩甲 Props to nydgirl for this one, it looks incredible with the set.
黑钢斗篷 Initially found this through Mogit as 镀金瑟银披风, a drop from 特雷斯坦·邪蹄 in Karazhan. You can find lookalikes from the 戈多克贡品 in Dire Maul and from 杉达尔·沙掠者 in Zul'farrak. I got mine from ZF.
耀眼真理板带 I'm a paladin, so I already had this and it just happened to work well with the set, in my opinion. Lookalike is 斩龙腰带 from Ultraxion.
征服者护手 Because I didn't feel like farming up 尊贵护手, but the two look the same.
沙塔尔纹章盾 I'm holy, so I needed a good shield. This one, sold by 奥玛多尔 matches the color scheme of the set very well.
冲击波权杖 As posted by Onijitsu. I haven't found a 1h mace that goes with this set better than this yet, but I haven't had luck with it to drop yet. In the mean time, I'm using 钻石重锤 from 制造者 in reg Blood Furnace.

I adore this set, and am using it on my warrior once I level her up a bit.

The trim on the helmet is a little bright, but then again I think it goes well with the trim on the gauntlets. It looks wonderful on my Blood Elf!
