There is no horn visible, but you'll grow and get that helmet if you use it.

This item has no cooldown and is not on the global cooldown. It gives you a 10 minute buff that increases your size, puts a Vrykul helm on you and causes you to have a manly roar. Macro it to something you would use frequently and you've got yourself a permabuff!

Does not stack with 增长药剂 and the elixier makes you slightly bigger than the horn. The horn is for free, though.
