Currently this has been changed to provide "After dealing a Mortal Strike, your next Execute, Overpower or Mortal Stike will cause 10/20/30% more damage".

No more haste buff :)

Getting nerfed in the next patch, or at least, addressing the Arms Warrior burst damage problem.

Arms warrior burst damage might still be too high in PvP, while we don’t have a great way to adjust their sustained damage for PvE. The Lambs to the Slaughter talent is a good place to address this. We also might nerf warrior stuns.

The fact that this will refresh 撕裂 in patch 4.1 means that both PvP and PvE Arms Warriors alike will be able to focus more on their core ability hierarchy, instead of having to keep one eye on Rend and another on their action bar. :)

I welcome this change with open arms for many reasons, but the one that stands out above all others is that this means we will be able to use 猛击 and 巨人打击 on a more frequent basis.

TL;DR -- It's a straight up boost to Arms DPS. Plain and simple.

Does it also refresh the duration of the Slaughter stacks? The way Seal of Truth refreshes the duration of all Censure applications?
