Fully talented, each rupture and eviscerate (assuming 5 combo points) will reduce the CDs on AR, KS, and Sprint by 10 seconds

while there is no way to get accurate number (with gear and rng's constantly affecting any outcome) on a tank and spank fight, maxed out, this talent can be expected to reduce the CD of KS to ~40s and AR to ~130s

will be a must have for any combat build

to do some rough math on this... without gear, SS is 39e and vitality is 25% regen, so SS every 2.925sec, rounded to 3sec with latency, thats a full finisher at least every 15sec

like for sprint, lets say you just used it and you are also dpsing steady, the cooldown would go is :
60...45>35...20>10...0

so you should expect at least a 40sec cooldown for sprint, it also gives a 10sec window for error too at the end, otherwise it would only be less than 20sec... however with great gear or luck, you could even get it down to 30sec

the only thing that sucks is SnD and Recup arent included so there will also be inconsistency, but i guess you could still get some baseline numbers once you know what your rotation will be (pvp is another story though)

bottom line, awesome talent for reducing cooldown and it even scales with gear

That's a potential of anywhere from 42-60 seconds off both your Adrenaline Rush and Killing Spree when Fury of the Destroyer is triggered. And presuming you're able to get the proc once every 60-100 seconds... that may be a heck of a dps boost.

I wish someone would explain how this is supposed to work. I've never noticed anything from having this talent. I have never had a reduction to the cooldown of any of the abilities it lists from any finishing moves.
