This is now a Boomkin/Tree talent. As a tree, I'm going to skip it and instead talent in Nature's Majesty, which is a 4% crit increase which affects ALL of our spells. 4% to only rejuv is very weak. As a Boomkin, that Moonfire buff looks much prettier.

It's worth taking this talent while levelling, as your last two points to reach tier 3 talents. Perseverance and the Shapeshifter talents just aren't worth it as a resto levelling through PUGs, and while this isn't great it's better'n those. Obviously, the other two become useful at higher levels, but you'll probably take this until you hit 31 points for treeform.
