150% haste rating would bring you to a speed that cannot be expressed by normal numbers, hitting for more strikes than infinity in a period of time too small to measure, boosting warrior DPS to something like (9000 x ∞). Yeah......

I got my second piece so I took an hour to test the proc.

1. It's a flat +150 haste rating so about 4.69% haste.

2. There is no hidden cooldown.

3. The buff can be refreshed.

Considering the proc chance of 40% this is a nice bonus considering the number of encounters in Ulduar that enable you to keep heroic up for the vast majority of swings.

Chest and helm are two of the best items you can get once you stack ArP up so you're not having to sacrifice anything for the bonus.

Well, in patch 3.1 the melee haste from haste rating got boosted by 30% for all classes except warriors and now we have 150 haste proc as a set bonus? Great one! Something like additional 5% ArP in Battle Stance would be sooooooo better than roughly 5% attack speed. Not happy!
