Adds, on average, up to 10 seconds of CS uptime per minute for arms. Most likely it will partially overlap with normally applied CS.

The biggest advantage is that you may be able to avoid using CS sometimes right after this proc and instead use MS or OP or Slam instead, which all do much more damage/GCD than CS does.

Remember to watch for the proc and not use CS until the proc runs out.
