The loot worth having from this guy (imo) is the arcane resistance belts. Arcane res on a belt is very very rare. Besides https://www.wowhead.com/cata/item=23510 i can't find any with decent resistance, so when i saw one on AH i bought it immediately. I've since been looking for the mob several times and not seen him.

I met him the first time I went to Veil Shienor to kill Ayit, and I thought he was in a tree hut like the other Urdak and Ashkaz, but when I came up there I noticed an arakkoa with a green robe walking on the bridge between the two tree's.

I realized he was a rarespawn, so I attacked him, and he did about 800-850 dmg with fireball on me. I was lvl 63 (fire mage) when I met him. If you're a fire mage, turn on Fire Ward and Combustion, you'll own him in no time. Just watch out for his fireballs, they hurt.

He doesn't have too much HP, too. Dropped that plate-belt for me.

found this guy on 30.43, he cast some fireballs that hits some considerable dmg, i didnt had to worry about the melee dmg since im a hunter with Deterrance, fight took no more than 15 secs

Seems like he can't die for me, lvl 64 BM hunter and he's got me twice. Adds all the freaking time and he evade bugs when he's solo.

Edit: Killed him now when he was solo and he was very easy when he didn't have any adds.

i was level 62 rouge and took him down in like one min and didnt even lose 20% hp i found him at 31,6 42,0 hehe too bad he dropped the mail girdle with 62+ healing :/

Okrek paths between the tree-top huts in any of the several Arrakoa Veils of Terokkar Forest. Has a 700-900 damage fireball, 700-900 damage shadow bolt, as well as an aoe shadow nova. He has a sizeable mana pool and will chain cast his spells, so try for stuns and interrupts when possible if you're not a class that can heal itself. Not difficult at all, but be wary of possible adds in the area.

Extremely easy kill found him walking between bridges in Veil Reskk and fought him right there on the bridge. Dropped Feathered Sash which is the cloth belt for me. As for Dmg the previous comments are pretty much correct but you should be able to kill him in about 30 to 45 sec so it should not really matter.

As of patch 3.0, this is one of the many Rare's you will have to kill for the achievement "Medium Rare".

I found him at 30.43. Just to give you an idea on where to find him.

I was surprised to find Okrek not on the high walkways between the huts but on the ground at Veil Shalas, so if you are looking for this rare without the use of a macro do not confine your search to the tree paths.

So if you don't use a macro pay attention to the ground also :)

I found him just after 1 am in nevada time at 60,24. He was always really hard for me to find i finally got him. I hope this helps others.

Like all other Rares, just visiting the places where he respawns is a good strategy, if you have the time. I didn't use the macro, however I do suggest using an item or effect that allows you to sense humanoids. This will definitely help you out. However, if someone could post a respawn time on him, it would help everyone out a lot! :)

This was my last rare to get for the achievement.

Found him finally, but alas, he was dead.

Came back 8 hrs later, then 12, then 24, then finally 48 hours later he was spawned again.

So I can confirm a 2 day spawn timer for this guy

I just killed him at 11:12 server time on Norgannon at Veil Reskk in the Terokkar Forest. He was walking on the bridge between the two huts.

I was about to hunt this guy, so I visited one of his spawn locations... and there he was. My NPCScan already started to celebrate, but ... it was only his corpse.

I would say that doesn't happen that often these days. Oh well, maybe next time.

Found tonight at veil shalas, 8.10 a.m..

It took me 8 hours to find him...

I checked and I was the only one in terokkar online, so he must have a very slow respawn rate.

I must say the comments here were disheartening, but I thought I'd have a look anyway and found him at 59.1 - 24.2 on the walkway between huts. That's 13 down and 7 to go :)

Had iced 灾难预言者尤瑞姆 at 1:10am server time (Laughing Skull - US) at coords 65.92, 43.25. He was patrolling south along the path near the Bonechewer Ruins at a fairly brisk pace. I had tamed the other rare white non-sabretooth tiger 捕鹰者 about 10 mins before that in the Skettis area (no longer Elite nor counts towards 罕见品种).

Then after flying over the Alliance post had 奥卡雷 spawn (and killed) at 56.98, 66.0 (1:35am). He was walking UNDER the huts on the ground. So note that he is difficult to see from the air as it was in a pocket of the mountain. NPCscan popped while I was just outside of the Alliance post, but had not yet crossed over the mountain. He was up, not down near the spiders.

I found this on the AH for about 30g. The random enchant it has was "of the invoker." Roughly:

+21 int
+24 spell critical strike rating
+26 bonus damage and healing to all spells and effects

I'm really enjoying them.

Found at 57,71 tree camp that shows up just south of allerian on the map.

He was in the tree on a platform.

coords on the map are correct, when i was on a q there to kill urlek he just spawned.. easy kill for a lvl 64 (enhance shaman)

Found him at the camp NE of Cenarion Thicket. He was on the last platform in the trees (one platform further over from the quest mob, Ashkaz). Dropped:
