Hit rating, hit rating everywhere. This is an exclusive hunter item. Since our class has rather low hit cap, more often than not I am actually struggling with too much hit on gear which is kind of dumb. At this moment even if I reforge all my hit into something else, I still end up with +8.7% hit chance. This may have something to do with a fact that I play Draenei, but seriously, since years its a reccurring situation that we are flooded with hit rating. It should be a stat that you want to reforge into, not out of.

Has no internal cooldown. Is not consumed by free MM aimed shot or Surv Lock-n-Load. As of recent hotfix IS consumed by arcane shot (was bugged and not consumed by AS but now fixed).
