If you want a green version of this dress, you'll have to head over to Nagrand and do the Nesingwary Safari quests there to get the Windroc Shroud. It's slightly recolored, and the top half is identical to the Green Holiday Shirt.

A few other robes I know of sharing the same model, but in different colors:

Black:Black Mageweave Robe
Same as Black Mageweave Robe:Freezing Lich Robes(removed as of 5.0.4)
Green:Windroc Shroud
Red:Crimson Silk Robe or Robe of the Crimson Order
Red(Chest only)::Demonweave Raiment
Purple:Robe of the Magi

This robe uses the "Red" variant of the "C1 Robe" artwork. There are three shoulders (all with different shapes) that also use the same artwork set and colour (深红丝质护肩, 红色魔纹护肩, 烬丝衬肩) and one hat (红色尖帽). Together the three pieces look like this. Other coloured hats of this artwork set don't always match their corresponding robes all that well, so I have some doubts about whether they're really intended to match. This one seems a little bright, but not too bad. There doesn't seem to be any set artwork for any other piece (belt, boots, bracers, gloves).
The complete set of in-game colour variants of this artwork are: Green, Blue (used in Mistscape Regalia and Abjurer Regalia), Black (used in Master's Regalia, Black Mageweave Regalia and Netherweave Vestments), Purple, Red (used in Crimson Silk Regalia), Gray (used in Duskwoven Regalia). The colour links also provide a list of matching pieces. Judge for yourself whether you think the wizard hats match or not, but they are definitely included in the same art set.
