It doesn't say it, but the buff effects your party, and not just you. Just like most of the other jewel crafter made necks. It works like an aura, as long as you have the buff, anyone in range in your party gets it. However, if they move out of range, get switched out of your party, or if you lose the buff, they lose it as well.

Edit: Looks like the descriptions been changed to show that it affects your party.

I've heard that items with 'charges' may be 'repaired' or recharged at anyone who is able to repair damaged items. Someone please confirm. Thx

In game this item says it has 10 charges.

Would be a great item if not for that.

the charges imply that after you use this item 10x, you can no longer use it.. thus you only benefit from the "on equip" bonuses.

I don't believe this item has charges anymore, I'm looking at it right now and there's none listed and the cooldown is set to 1 hour. I'm assuming they removed charges in a recent patch.

I don't have any experience with eqiup charge items that have other stats, so I don't know what would happen, and I want to make sure, before I spend money on this, as kickass as it is...

This looks like something that i'd like to use on raid boss fights. I will probably be sacraficing something like 20 int for extra % to hit, crit and spell penetration, too bad it can only be used 10 times for exra spell dmg :(

afaict this stacks with everything except for another Eye of the Night or any of the other JC-necklace-groupbuffs.. It has 10 charges, can not be refilled and can still be equipped (and disenchanted) when the charges are all used..

I believe the question is... Does it stack with the Chain of Twilight Owl. Meaning if you had two people in ur party could they both give you a aura?

Everything you need to know about this neck (TBC Classic):

The buff acts like an aura, applies to all party members within 40 yards. For example, in a raid, if you cast it in group 1 then move to group 2, group 1 members lose the buff and group 2 members gain the buff.

The buff goes away if you use the item then unequip it.

Does not get destroyed after 10 charges, the on use just no longer works.

Stacks with 夜枭之链 and 冲击之碧玉坠饰. Does not stack with itself.
