Currently on the PTR (for patch 2.1), this herb is used for Super Mana Potion (and Netherbloom is instead used in Super Healing Potion).

I'm stocking this herb, in anticipation.

Verified. Blizzard is switching the Netherbloom and Dreaming Glory required for the Super Mana Potion and Super Healing Potion recipes (respectively).

Maybe this was changed at some point, but I just tested it and the buff DOES regenerate health during combat -- 12 health per tick, 30 per 5 seconds -- whether you acquired it in or out of combat.

Edit: The buff even lists it as working in combat.

I'd say Terokkar Forest is a prime spot for farming those, though you'll be finding more Terocone.

I've begun to notice a pattern with Dreaming Glory. They mostly stay towards mountains, near the border of the map. I have found the occasional DG in the middle of a clearing, but I would stick to the mountain areas if DG is the only herb you're after. As far as which zone is the best, I'd say Hellfire Peninsula and Zangarmarsh are probably the best, but DG can be found in Nagrand, Terokkar Forest, and Blade's Edge.

Also note, now that herbs give experience when gathered, I found other herbs in Nagrand to give 88 exp, these gave 888 exp per gather. Level 67 NE Hunter, Herbalism is 361.

Nice find when you get them.

By far the best place to farm these is in the Eco-Dome fields in Netherstorm. There is around 5 in each bubble with quick respawn rate.

I found one in Hellfire Penninsula outside the western entrance to the Zeth'Gor camp. It's on the hillside just above the cauldron. Don't use coords, sry!

the above post said they're all over the place. No they're not. I just criss crossed the entire Zangarmarsh area and was only able to get about 6 Dreaming glory total. So you herb pickers don't get your hopes up high if you think your going to harvest alot of these here. I also combed the area late at night and only came across about 6 other players over an hours time. The poster likely confused that with what is bountiful and that is glowcaps.

These are mostly located at the sides of rocks/"mountains"/"zone walls".

If your farming mana thisle at the ledge in Shadowmoon valley you will get a @#$% load of dreaming glory too, since thats the only 2 herbs thats on the ledge (also nice place for mining, but lookout i might be there!).

Update: The ledge is shadowmoon aint good after patch anymore.

yes, dreaming glory is mostly found in the rocky areas. Zangermarsh is a very good place to harvest them. If you are not on a busy server, you should get 15-20 in one pass through there. If you don't then you must be lazy and ain't looking very hard.
