Kill 维希度斯 / 哈霍兰公主 and loot the Qiraji token: 其拉统御腕轮.
Collect the right amount/type of Idols and Scarabs needed, either buy them from the auction house or loot from trash / 大型圣甲虫箱s.
Complete the quest!
