You only need one of the bindings of the windseeker to get this item from the guy in silithus. This starts a Legendary quest for the thunderfury questline. You need both bindings, essence of the firelord which drops off of ragnaros only if you have the quest, and 10 elementium bars

Part of the Chain to acquire Thunderfury, Blessed Blade Of The Windseeker after this you have to get the mats to call Thunderaan once he is killed the person with the quest and only that person may loot The dormant wind kissed blade and can turn it in to receive Thunderfury

omg, i just realized an alright, but still nice for fury warriors with titans grip, get thunderfury and hand of ragnaros, two legendarys as your weapons and extreme ownage, because of the damage being switched to all enemys around you, fireballs being shot and all that cool stuff, and its all from a warrior, to the point - MAJOR damage for a 60 titans grip warrior.

This quest begins when you loot either the Right or Left half of the Bindings of the Windseeker, which drop of Baron Geddon and Garr in Molten Core. Upon looting one of these, you must travel to Silithus and talk with the Highlord Demetrian, who will then give you the Vessel of Rebirth, which will start the quest.

What is required to complete this quest?

Left Half of Bindings of the Windseeker
Essence of the Firelord- Quest drop from Ragnaros
10x Elementium Bar

Highlord Demetrian will guide you to an NPC in Winterspring, who will tell you of a Goblin named Krixix who was swallowed up by a rift in the earth while meddling with the mysteries of Elementium. It is he who holds the secrets!

Krixix is located in Blackwing Lair, of course. Elementium ore drops random off the goblins in BWL as well. So, what’s needed to make a bar of elementium?

1x Elementium Ore
3x Elemental Flux
1x Firey Core
10x Arcanite Bar

Multiply that by 10 for the total amount of bars needed and you’re looking at a huge expense.

After gathering all the items needed, return to the Highlord Demetrian in Silithus and summon Thunderaan. Rather than gain his blessing, he’s evidently rather angry after his imprisonment, and you must defeat him. After defeating him, you loot the Dormant Wind Kissed Blade and have the now Groveling Demetrian give you Thunderfury, Blessed Sword of the Windseeker.

Easy enough? Right?

For those of you wondering, the proc rate appears to be around 30% or so after some initial testing.

I am in the process of getting my Thunderfury on my warrior, and recently race-changed from undead to orc. After I race changed, Highlord Demitrian gave me another Vessel of Rebirth, even though I could accept the quest "Thunderaan the Windseeker" directly from him, as I had already used the Vessel on my undead warrior. So now I have an un-usable Vessel of Rebirth sitting in my bags. Not really important, but I thought it deserved posting as something quirky.

So, a nifty thing you can do is get a copy of the Vessel of Rebirth by utilizing a loop in his dialogue line.

In response to Kurnurs and weezel, here's a guide to how to do it, and not mess up, hopefully.

I, personally, keep the vessel in the first slot of my bank, and the nostalgia hits me every time :P

Anyways,
1. Have either Bindings of the Windseeker, and fly/walk/self-ambulate yourself to Highlord Demitrian...
2. Spamclick through the dialogue which he has, indicated by a small speech cloud. He should give you the Vessel.
3. Accept the quest, and talk to him again to finish the quest. Actually finish the quest.
4. You should get a followup quest. https://www.wowhead.com/cata/quest=7786. DECLINE THE QUEST WHEN IT POPS UP.
5. Exit conversation with Demitrian.
6. Reenter conversation with Demitrian. Go through the speech cloud dialogue again. You should get another Vessel, but its unusuable, since you turned in the quest already.
7. Accept the followup quest now, it's okay. You won't lose your binding.
8. Profit! x2

It's a fun thing to have, and link in /2/ every so often :P.

Each time you receive a 复生之瓶 it bumps your 拥有传说物品 counter -feeling sneaky?

Run these two macros once (in this order) and it will automate clicking the gossip options on 德米提恩 and deleting the 复生之瓶 when you receive it.

Worth noting for anyone who is thinking about doing a race change (within their own faction...have not tested this swapping from Horde to Alliance or vice versa, though I imagine it would also apply) and has already completed the chain and gotten their Thunderfury...this item WILL stay in your inventory.

Usually, when race changing it wipes your Quest Log and thus destroys any quest items in your bags. Not sure if it does the same for items that START quests or not, but today I just changed from Troll to Undead and sure enough the Vessel of Rebirth was still in my bank afterward.

Just thought I'd toss this out there for anyone who just likes having the Vessel. ;)

HOW TO OBTAIN 雷霆之怒，逐风者的祝福之剑

Receive both 逐风者禁锢徽记 (drop rate: 4,08%) from 加尔 and 逐风者禁锢徽记 (drop rate: 4,28%) from 迦顿男爵 in 熔火之心.
Visit 德米提恩 in 希利苏斯. He will give you 复生之瓶 to start the quest 复生之瓶 which leads to 逐风者桑德兰.
Kill 拉格纳罗斯 for 火焰之王的精华 (100% drop rate when you have the quest in your log).
Aquire 10x 魔化源质锭.
Bring your guild and head back to 德米提恩. Turn in the quest and he will summon 桑德兰王子 which will drop 风吻之刃.
Complete 觉醒吧，雷霆之怒！ and you're done!

Mats needed for 10x 熔炼附魔源质:

100x 奥金锭 (100x 瑟银锭 + 100x 奥术水晶 + 100x 转化：奥金)
10x 源质铸块 (Buy from the Auction House or loot in 黑翼之巢 from 黑翼技师)
10x 炽热之核 (Buy from the Auction House or loot in 熔火之心 from trash mobs)
30x 元素助熔剂
