At first I saw nothing to make sense of this quest, but after wandering around and trying to interact with NPCs, I saw a yellow dot for Jimothy Lewis northeast and below where this quest giver is. He's at about /way 31 66.

He was at 30, 65 for me. For those without coords its the northwestern size of the highlighted quest area on the mini map. By Gorgonzormu the Cheesemonger. He was patroling around. I just flew around spam clicking a /tar jimothy lewis macro and I found him.

My rewards from this quest are different. I can chose between 5 Abrasive Polishing Cloth or 5 Impossibly Sharp Cutting Knife. I'll also get 5 illustrious insight. My profs are JC and mining, and I do have cooking trained.

You need to find the NPC Jimothy Lewis wandering around in the marked quest area. Check the level just below and to one side of where the quest giver is. Once you find him, talk him into using Miguel's crafting services because he can make items of a given power level through direct craft orders.

It seems that this quest is no longer avalaible, because wowhead says, that i haven't done this quest but Miguel has no quest for me, and yes I tried on the positions Valdrakken, The Waking Shores and Ohn'aran Planes ....

Jimothy is a NPC and you need to find him. He's not far from Miguel but it's patrolling.

Tips:
- check your map and spot the yellow point
- he is patrolling on the two aeras where job's NPS are so you need to check also where sewing and enchant NPC are, on the platform below. Jimothy also patrolling here, it's where I found him.

You will need lot's of persuasion with him ;-)

Noticed a comment responding to another comment by @Lilyoptra about a pre-requisite to this quest chain. I figured it out but that comment this person responded to was downvoted so I can't respond to it. Targeted Ads is the quest. I stumbled upon it through questing in Ohn'ahran Plains. I hit level 70 before I could finish the quest and started leveling JC after I had a full PvP Honor set of gear and realized I needed this quest in question. I noticed that person's comment and as I went back to finish the storyline I finished this quest and it unlocked Miguel Bright quest chain for The Wonders of the World and That's My Specialty It stopped there and I assume it picks up somewhere else likely Valdrakken. The NPC has locations in The Waking Shores, Ohn'ahran Plains, and Valdrakken. I didn't encounter him in The Waking Shores, maybe I'll need to but to my best knowledge of where to start out with this guy, you do the crafting quests when you finally reach them in the storyline. This unlocks quests from Thomas Bright starting with The Master of Their Craft unsure yet as to if all of Thomas's quests are unlocked from beyond this stage, it is likely there are more quests from him as he also has multiple locations that are the same as Miguel's.

The crafting quests must have been introduced in The Waking Shores and I must have just started them in Ohn'ahran Plains. Whether or not I have to return to The Waking Shore to finish the crafting quest chains Is something I don't know but without doing them I was able to get on these quests, maybe they will lead me to Valdrakken or maybe I will need to go back to The Waking Shores. Regardless, by doing the crafting quests it is clear that is how you unlock access to "A finishing touch" as of now I can't tell you where to start and finish but I can give you my best guess.

I returned here after I had gained knowledge to @Lilyoptra's response to a comment that was downvoted too far to respond to directly to provide more information. If anyone has more information than I have discovered, please post a comment or response. If I find out more I will do my best to return here and edit this.

Jimothy Lewis is an undead wearing a top hat. I found him walking around the leather working area. If you have quest options set to "sparkle" you can spot him. OK that's no pun intended for the Miguel and Thomas quest!

Going through this on a bunch of alts, you'll want the quickest path to the "right" answers. They are:

0) Doesn't seem to matter, I personally pick the "would be happy to personally fill more" answer.
1) His prices are reliable. (Try to convince him further.)
2) You could make friends with him. (Try to convince him further.)
3) You can specify a minimum quality level.

As a whole I'm pretty happy with the alt friendliness of DF, but man, this dude is getting dull. At least they made it easier to start getting your free mettle by having these quests start up in Valdrakken even if you never did the stuff at Ruby Life Shrine.

Don't forget to turn around and talk to Mahra Treebender if, like me, you hate the way profession equipment keeps messing up your mog. Especially your cool dual wield look. More alt friendliness would be to make your choices a default for the account, Ah well. Happy crafting!

sigh. i cant pick this up on one of my guys. I have killed thousandmile but this quest won't appear. I have valued rep, over 50 pts in both of my gathering quests, but this quest isn't available to me. no idea what i am missing.
