first 2 items dropped on first 2 goats !
but 3rd item... took like 20 mobs to drop...
so it does drop ! but has low chance i guess?

Custom High-Quality Gear: Better Business with Personal Orders!, Public Orders: Fast and Made For You! and Order Anything Crafters Make! are all dropped by Forkriver Goat, which appears as neutral and Meddlesome Goat which appears as hostile. Both can be found to the South-East of Azley around the rivers and waterfalls nearby.

How the hell does any employee at Blizzard not know that flying around killing 50 &*!@ing goats that don't drop a quest item is the opposite of fun?

At 75,86 I pulled a large group of the goats and got the 2nd and third quest items

Reward is a choice between tools for your current professions, not just skinning and enchanting.

4 goats? eek and ugh. Only killed "meddlesome" before i got squished. (mage, almost killed them all isn't killed them all.) grey fur loot. feh.

Good area for the beasts that drop something according to my threatplates (which only say they're marked for the quest ID or not). about half chance per goat, but now I could pull singletons.

Got 'em.

I did the first quest for profession equipment at Ruby Life Pools on my main, and then it was never available for any of my alts. Now I've gotten to this point with my main and I'm afraid to pick this quest up in case it's also a "once-per-account" quest, and I'd rather let an alt have the chance to get a piece of prof gear while leveling.

I've done this on several toons now and this is proof that Blizzard doesn't know how to do RNG right (which is pretty sad since the entire game is based on it).

I've gotten 2 of these in one pull, and I've cleared the entire area and never gotten one. It should be somewhere in the middle at all times, that's how you make a game...

I've gotten 2 of these in one pull, and I've cleared the entire area (and it's a HUGE area, which is a warning sign) and never gotten one. It should be somewhere in the middle at all times, that's how you make a game...

I got all but 1 just in the camp area. Then flew south a hair and the 1st goat I saw dropped the last one needed.

1. Targeted Ads - You need to loot 3 items and all of them drop from Forkriver Goat and Meddlesome Goat :
- "Order Anything Crafters Make!" - Fast drop for me
- "Public Orders: Fast and Made For You!" - Had to kill a lot of goats
- "Custom High-Quality Gear: Better Business with Personal Orders!" - Fast drop for me
2. Customer Satisfaction - You have to find and speak with 3 NPC:

/way #2023 77.23 73.12 Duncan Ironeye
/way #2023 67.03 80.91 Eznuu pick up Slightly Used Recrafted Armor
3. A Craft in Need - Just speak with Quest Giver and pick reward
4. Show Your Mettle - is auto finish quest to collect Your weekly Artisan's Mettle. Amount of Artisan's Mettle is depend of reputation with Artisan's Consortium - Dragon Isles Branch.

Why did they make this look like it was all about using the crafting order system when its got nothing to do with it? No one uses that thing from what I've observed.
