What you have to do is queue for the dungeon "Uldaman: Legacy of Tyr" that you will find in your specific dungeon LFG feature (Open: Press "I") under World Quests. Do not be stupid like me and run yourself to Badlands to enter Uldaman by yourself :P

The Dragon Isles Await popped up on login after patch 10.0.2 was life.
This is the horde version of the Dragonflight's prepatch event.

The Dragon Isles Await - travel to Orgrimmar
Aspectral Invitation - talk to Ebyssian (cinematic)
Expeditionary Coordination - find the marked 3 NPCs
The Dark Talons - talk to Kodethi
- leave Orgrimmar and meet Naleidea Rivergleam outside
Whispers on the Winds - talk to Archmage Khadgar (cinematic)
Legacy of Tyr: Secrets of the Past - Uldaman dungeon quest. You can queue up for the quest by looking at specific dungeons
Chasing Storms - talk to Storm Huntress Suhrakka next to you (vendor)
A Primal Threat - quest to collect items at the prepatch events.
You can find these events in Badlands, Northern Barrens, Tirisfal Glades and Un'goro Crater, marked on the world map

Questline took about 5 minutes (without dungeon).

Is there a list (preferably with pics) of the weapons you can get from doing this quest? I'm primarily interested in the transmogs, and want to know if...
A. running it on one character gives me all the transmogs, or
B. just the weapons available to that character, or
C. if the weapons do not have a unique look limited to the prepatch, or
D. if they are the same weapon models available at the prepatch vender.

You must have Item Level 180 in order for Uldaman: Legacy of Tyr to show up in the Group Finder.

My alt didn't have high enough ilvl, so I bought some ZM BoEs and Shadowlands crafted (from the AH), and 252 gear (from the Primeval Essence vendor) and as soon as I noodged my ilvl over 180 the World Events section showed up in the Group Finder, with Uldaman listed right at the top.

I ran this 3 x on Horde and I could not see the boss and the quest remained open. I dropped the quest and went back to Ebyssian and he does not have the quest to give, Maybe its weekly?

More than possible that this quest will become unavailable once DF comes out. Therefore, the rewards might get removed as well. You might want to run this on multiple toons (for example monk / pala / hunter and rogue) to get all appearences. Does not matter what item you select as reward, you will collect all appearences.

To anyone wondering if this quest is still available and/or how to pick it up:

I can confirm that it is in fact still available, but not from the location that this page says it's at. Instead, it is AUTOMATICALLY given to you upon first entering the dungeon, and auto-completes upon finishing the dungeon (and meeting the objectives). Just need to click it when it pops up in your log to turn it in. Additionally, it rewards gear of comparable item level to the other dungeon quests in the expansion, rather than ilvl 250 gear like in prepatch. It may show ilvl 250 gear in the rewards screen upon completion, but rest assured the item you pick will be given at the proper item level.

Enter Uldaman in Badlands. Discover the cause of the disturbances.

Description

To stop Raszageth from freeing the other Incarnates, the Aspects' power must be restored. But this will not be an easy task. The Titans are silent and Keeper Tyr is long dead. Queen Alexstrasza has devised a plan. In the Badlands lies a Titan facility called Uldaman. She believes Tyr's companions hid a disc of his memories inside its depths. Take your allies to Uldaman and find the disc for the Dragon Queen. Let us hope Tyr's knowledge can be used to re-empower the Aspects.
