Lit Fuse - Consuming Hot Streak has a small chance to grant you Lit Fuse.
Lit Fuse: Your next Phoenix Flames turn up to three struck targets into a Living Bomb that explodes after 2 sec, dealing Fire damage to the target and reduced damage to all other enemies within 10 yds. Up to five enemies hit by this explosion also become a Living Bomb, but this effect cannot spread further.

Living Bomb no longer does DoT damage to the initial target but over 2 sec (was 4 sec)

Scorch now is a guaranteed critical strike and increases your movement speed by 30% for 3 sec when cast on a target below 30% health

Fuel the Fire is now baseline

Critical Mass now increases the crit chance by 10% and gain 5% more Crit stat for 1 point (was 15% crit chance and 10% Crit stat for 2 points)

Feel the Burn now grants 33% less mastery for 6 sec (was 5 sec)

Fevered Incantation now has a 2nd rank which doubles the benefits

Flame On no longer reduces the cooldown of Fire Blast, but increases the charges of Fire Blast by 2 for 1 talent point (was 2 points)

Improved Scorch now increases damage taken by the enemy by 5%, but stacks to 2 times (was 3 times). No longer provides movement speed.

Spontaneous Combustion now causes Combustion to refresh up to 3 charges of Fire Blast and Phoenix Flames (was all)

Sun King's Blessing now procs after 10 Hot Streaks (was 8)

Unleashed Inferno now also causes Flamestrike deals 25% increased damage and reduces the cooldown of Combustion by 0.25 sec for each critical strike, up to 1.25 sec while Combustion is active

Wildfire now increases crit strike damage by 3% (was 4%/8%). When activating Combustion, you gain 2% more crit (was 3%/6%) and nearby allies gain 1% crit (was 1%/2% crit). Now 1 talent point.

FrostSpec Aura Changes

All damage modifier reduced to 0% (was 9.2%)

Pet damage modifier reduced to 0% (was 9.2%)

Talent Changes:

Frostbolt damage increased by 9.2%

Comet Storm damage increased by 9%

Frozen Orb damage increased by 8%

Memory of Al'ar now extends Arcane Soul by 0.5 sec (was 1 sec) for each exceptional spell it had cast. Arcane Soul now causes Arcane Barrage to cost no mana, grant Clearcasting and generate 4 Arcane Charges (was Arcane Missiles gains Clearcasting)

Spellfire Spheres now increases spell damage by 2% (was 4%) per stack

MonkTalent Changes

Clash cooldown increased to 45 sec (was 30 sec)

WindwalkerSpec Aura Changes:

All damage modifier reduced to 0% (was 3%)

Rising Sun Kick damage modifier reduced to 20% (was 36.5%)

Tiger Palm, Blackout Kick, Fist of the White Tiger, Strike of the Windlord damage modifier reduced to 0% (was 20%)

Spinning Crane Kick -5% damage modifier removed.

Tiger Palm now has a 150% damage modifier

New Talent

Flurry of Xuen - Your spells and abilities have a chance to activate Flurry of Xuen, unleashing a barrage of deadly swipes to deal Physical damage in a 10 yd cone. Invoking Xuen, the White Tiger activates Flurry of Xuen.

Talent Changes

Combat Wisdom now causes your Chi to balance to 2 instead of empty. Now casts Expel Harm and deals 30% additional damage (was 100%)

Crane Vortex now increases damage of Spinning Crane Kick by 20% and increases its radius by 15%. Now 1 Talent Point.

Drinking Horn Cover now extends the duration of Storm, Earth and Faire by 0.5 sec (was 0.4 sec) for every Chi you spend.

Dual Threat now deals 28% more damage.

Glory of the Dawn now deals 170% more damage.

Jadefire Harmony now increases damage and healing against them by 8% (was 12%)

Knowledge of the Broken Temple now has a 3s ICD (was 2s)

Ordered Elements now reduces Chi costs for 7 sec (was 5 sec)

Rising Star now increases damage by 6% and critical strike damage by 8% for 1 talent point (was 2 points for 6% and 16%)

Skytouch no longer increases Tiger Palm range. Applies an effect which increases critical strike chance by 15% (was 50%). Cannot be applied more than 30 sec (was 1 min) per target.

Thunderfist now grants an additional stack for each additional enemy struck (was each enemy struck)

Whirling Dragon Punch primary target damage increased by 30%, AoE damage increased by 40%

Xuen's Bond cooldown reduced by 0.2 sec (was 0.1) per activation

Conduit of the Celestials

Heart of the Jade Serpent now buffs affected spells by 75% (was 100%)

Mastery of Harmony

Mantra of Purity now grant a heal over 65 sec (was a heal over 15 sec)

Overwhelming Force now deal 15% additional damage to enemies in a line in front of you. Damage reduced above 5 targets.

Shado-Pan

Flurry Strikes will now trigger after dealing damage equal to 100% of you maximum health (was 10%)

Whirling Steel can now only trigger every 180 sec (was 30 sec)

Judge, Jury and Executioner (Reworked) - Divine Storm has a 40% chance to cause your next Final Verdict or Justicar's Vengeance to hit an additional 3 targets.

Vanguard of Justice (Reworked) - Enemies hit by Final Verdict and Justicar's Vengeance take 30%/50% increased damage from your next Divine Storm.

Collapsing Void now increases its damage and size by 20% (was expands by 1 yard) each time Penance damages or heals or Devouring Plague is cast. When Entropic Rift ends, it deals Shadow damage, now split between all nearby enemies.

Demonic Tactics - Increases melee and spell critical strike chance for you and your summoned demon by 5%.

Pact of Gluttony - Healthstones you conjure for yourself are now Demonic Healthstones and can be used multiple times in combat. Demonic Healthstones cannot be traded.
Demonic Healthstone - Instantly restores 25% health. 60 sec cooldown.

Swift ArtificeTalent Changes

Fel Pact now deals the current value, for 1 talent point.

Fel Synergy is now 2 talent points, instead of 1

Fiendish Stride now makes Burning Rush deal 10% (was 50%) less damage but increases Burning Rush movement speed for 20% (was 10%)

Soul Conduit now 1 talent point.

Soul Leech is now a talent and no longer passive.

Soul Link is now 2 talent points.

Contagion - Increases critical strike damage dealt by Agony, Corruption, and Unstable Affliction by 15%/30%.

Cull the Weak - Malefic Rapture damage is increased by 4%/8% for each enemy it hits.

Cunning Cruelty - Shadow Bolt and Drain Soul have a chance to trigger a Shadow Bolt Volley, dealing Shadow damage to 5 enemies within 10 yards of your current target.

Death's Embrace - Increases Drain Life healing by 30% while your health is at or below 35% health. Damage done by your Agony, Corruption, Unstable Affliction, and Malefic Rapture is increased by 5% when your target is at or below 20% health.

Empowered Unstable Affliction - Reduces the cast time of Unstable Affliction by 10% and damage dealt by Unstable Affliction has a chance to generate a Soul Shard.

Improved Shadow Bolt - Reduces the cast time of Shadow Bolt by 15% and increases its damage by 40%.

Malediction - Increases the critical strike chance of Agony, Corruption, and Unstable Affliction by 5%/10%.

Oblivion - Unleash wicked magic upon your target's soul, dealing Shadow damage over 3 sec. Deals 10% increased damage, up to 30%, per damage over time effect you have active on the target.

Relinquished - Agony has 1.25 times the normal chance to generate a Soul Shard

Siphon Life (Passive) - Corruption deals 20% increased damage and its periodic damage heals you for 5% of the damage dealt.

Summoner's Embrace - Increases the damage dealt by your spells and your demon by 3%.

Volatile Agony - Refreshing Agony with 10 or less seconds remaining deals Shadow damage to its target and enemies within 10 yards.

Talent Tree Changes

Kindled Malice no longer buffs Seed of Corruption, but buffs Corruption damage by 10%/20% instead

Malevolent Visionary now buffs your Darkglare by 70% and when extending DoTs deals Shadow damage. Now 1 point.

Sacrolash's Dark Strike now increases Corruption damage by 15% and extends by 0.5 sec. Now 1 point.

Shadow Embrace now buffs Drain Soul by 2% or Shadow Bolt by 4%, stacks to 4 (Drain Soul) / 2 (Shadow Bolt) times. Now 1 point.

Withering Bolt now deals the current value, for 1 talent point.

Soul Flame, Sow the Seeds, Pandemic Invocation, Soul Eaters Gluttony, Grand Warlock's Design removed

I know it's been said before, but we feel like the forgotten child lol. Cataclysm model for ascendance, old totem skins, old ghost wolf skins. Weird clunky talents like Ice Fury and Primwave (Which should be OBLITERATED). Old spell animations, name it. The level of love and attention put into mages for War Withing makes me envious not gonna lie. And so far, Farseer feels SO crap it's unreal. Mages summon phoenixes and meteor showers while shaman summon their grand dad to cast a lava burst, kay.Comment by BooleyHave they ever spoken to any Affliction players?
