*sigh*So much for hoping that this idiotic profession system wouldn't carry over.I hate it, I hate it so much. Never have I had to pay so much friggin gold and take so much friggin TIME just to max out my professions for the achievement...and I'm STILL NOT DONE because of the nerf to the Faire. For real, Blizz. At *LEAST* bring the Faire quests back to +5 again.
With how incredibly specialized that profession "talents" are, I'm not shocked in the slightest they wont carry over to the next expansion. Even if they aren't removed entirely they definitely would only apply to DF zones and crafts.
I know this is how it works but i am hopping the tree tab would have expansion selection option like the crafting tab has, i am not the type to get crafting done in the expansion i do it after its over since peoples stockpile of matts would go cheaper and i can then max out for achivement points and mog collection much easier, and alot of stuff is locked behind the tree now to learn new mogs to craft is all
That's a good thing. Allows everyone to catch up again
Hasn't this been the case for the last 5 expansions? Idk why anyone would think that that knowledge carries over lol
fine whatever, just remove time gating. it's AWFUL, especially if you didn't start day 1 or you miss some time.
i would have appreciated having current mettle and knowledge points be boa, just to finish up a couple of DF professions that i started more recently and that aren't maxed yet.of course a new xpac will have new everything. personally, i think the profession system changes for DF were great.
Surely people weren't clueless enough to think otherwise.
Be interesting to see how much advantage people with the 3 day early access get with profession advancement. I suspect quite a bit.
This how system needs to be reworked. It’s agonizing doing this on alts and with TWW creating warbands and being the most alt friendly the game has ever been professions need to be reworked into it.
Warbands should make knowledge account bound. But ofc that's not gonna happen.
Then what was the point in allowing it to stack up so much? Such a stupid decision. Either to let it continuing to stack or for it to not carry over.
