Well, don't call something a building when it isn't one. Those are just ruins. It can be a bit confusing. Though the directions are correct. So after you killed the windtrader, just go forwards than turn left.

There's the entrance, just go up the ramp to the left and kill Goramosh and then you're done! (after killing Wind Trader Mu'fah of course who's right in the entrance)

For anyone who cares, the completion text on wowhead seems to be missing a line. It should be:

That's alright, <class>, just put them down on the ground there in front of Agmar's throne.

Unfortunate that Goramosh indicated the accord had already been reached.

Nonetheless, that's two less worms we'll have to worry about. Let us get on to more important business.

The missing part is bolded. I'm not sure if this was there before, as I don't recall the quest text from the first time I did this quest at release. However, I had wowhead open on this quest when I completed it on my mage today and saw that it didn't have the part about Aethas smiling. Perhaps this is new with 3.2? Maybe wowhead is simply borked? Regardless, I had a chuckle when I read the correct version in-game.

just a warning, make sure your back is not facing the giant crater where arcanimus is when you fight wind trader Mu'fuh. i made that mistake and got typhooned into the giant crater. that fall isnt very nice to a mage with no light feathers ):

every thing you read here is fine and ok. however make sure you go right around the building to the front entrance, to find the steps mentioned and 'mu'fah' just inside

Be careful of the Wind Trader's pushback! Make sure that your back isn't facing the crater.

Deliver Wind Trader Mu'fah's Remains and the Scales of Goramosh to the Image of Archmage Aethas Sunreaver at Agmar's Hammer.

Description

We need to kill two birds with one stone here, <class>. You're the stone.

Our two birds are Wind Trader Mu'fah and Goramosh. They should be somewhere in the western half of the Moonrest Gardens. Most likely they're in the larger two-story building overlooking the pit.

I require proof of their demise, if you would be so kind.
