Horror is on top of the ramparts at 47.7, 68.6.
Despair is on the floor below the top ramparts at 50, 67.6.
Suffering is on the same floor as Despair at 46, 70.

Although this is tagged as "5-man", the mobs around the shards can all be solo pulled, allowing you to destroy the shard with no problem.

The shards are surrounded by Cultist Shard Watchers. While these mobs cheat and are able to instantly cast Unstable Affliction, they can be solo pulled (as mentioned above). As they have only slightly over 10000 hitpoints, they're generally taken out before they can cause any significant amount of damage.

This quest should be soloable for any class. Do mind the patrolling elites, though. Being ambushed by one of the oozing puppies patrolling the ramparts might not have a happy ending for you, as they have rather powerful jaws.

This quest does not seem to lead to any followup quests. A somewhat uneventful ending to Thassalian's chain of group quests.

No follow-up to this yet on the 3.1 PTR. May still show up at some point, but it doesn't seem to be at the top of Blizzard's priority list.

Note that they can be pulled 1 at a time by ranged dps making this quests very soloable for any kind of player

Solo'd as a holy priest with no trouble at all, even when i accidently pulled 2 of the crystal guardians. The elite's that are wondering around were no issue whatsoever as they are on slow patrol.

may be just me but im having trouble clicking on the shard or destroying it or w/e. Anything special i need to do?

The horror crystal can be taken by landing on top of it. You have to be in the dead center and level 80 to do it, as when I was a little of center I pulled one mob. Flying up will get you out of combat immediately.

It should be noted that while on the quest At the Enemy's Gates (or possibly any of the other Argent Tournament quests), which takes you near Corp'rethar to the Court of Bones, you may be "phased" out of the correct part where you will not see any mobs or the crystals on the gates of Corp'rethar. I could not see any mobs/crystals and guessed that this was the problem. After turning in the previously mentioned quest and returning to Corp'rethar, I could then see all of the mobs / crystals. And subsequently, there was no "Argent Camp" in the Court of Bones, where there would be if you were on At the Enemy's Gates.

Description

Atop the battlements of Corp'rethar, the Lich King's minions have erected three crystals, the shards of horror, despair, and suffering. Should our men reach the walls of Corp'rethar, he will unleash these weapons on our army.

In full effect, the crystals will afflict the minds of our men with paralyzing pain and fear. Then, the Scourge will be able to slaughter them at will.

Find these shards, destroy them, and bring me their broken remains. We cannot allow the Lich King to deploy these weapons!
