To clarify above, the parts are found on the island in the lake with the sawmill near the wounded skirmishers and the shredders.

For anyone who is having problems finding the Notched Sprockets, the difference between the Grooved Cogs and the Notched Sprockets is that the sprockets are laying face down on the ground while the cogs stick out of the ground.
