Upon recovering the Sun's Reach Harbor (completion of phase 3), this quest replaces Taking the Harbor, and has the same objective but is a permanent daily quest that can be completed for reputation and reward, and will always be available once it is unlocked.

I'd suggest going to the building in Dawnstar Village where you take the Bloodcrystal reading.

On the second level of this building there are four Dawnblade Summoners who spawn without imp companions, which makes them less of a pain to kill.

Plus there are Marksmen and Blood Knights around here too.

If you are a mage and doing this everyday, remember to spellsteal the armor from the summoners, and extra 255 spell damage is pretty useful.

there r only 3 marksmen and they take some time to respawn. so make sure to not slack on them and then do them at the end.

This quest is now bugged (3.0.9) in that it only awards 75s at level 80. All other quests give appropriate gold reward.

While doing this quest today I heard 2 of the Dawnblade members talking. Here's the conversation:
Dawnblade Blood Knight Says: So, I heard your brother joined the Scryers?
Dawnblade Summoner Says: Yeah, he did.
Dawnblade Blood Knight Says: Wow, how much do they pay?
Dawnblade Summoner Says: Pay? Well, they don't pay anything at all.
Dawnblade Blood Knight Says: What? Why would he do a fool thing like that?

At this point I accidentally walked to close and had to kill them both. I'm pretty sure that's not the reason the summoner had for his brother switching but I'd say it's a pretty good one :P

The mobs you need for this are all around the big building just to the east of where you land on the island. Summoners are basically a warlock with an imp. The blood knights are melee fighters who will heal themselves if you let them. Marksmen are - well - guys with bows.

Magister Ilastar at Sun's Reach Armory wants you to slay 6 Dawnblade Summoners, 6 Dawnblade Blood Knights and 3 Dawnblade Marksmen.

Description

We've driven the Dawnblade army out of the Sun's Reach Harbor. Sun's Reach is ours in its entirety. Yet somehow... I'm not entirely satisfied.

I want you to go to Dawnstar Village, west of here, and slay any surviving Dawnblade combatants. They sealed their fate when they followed Kael to this place.
