Generally we'd wait until somebody uploads actual data. I am going to consider working on an exception for Algalon with Skosiris, but chances are, you won't see him for a little while. I am 98% confident that as soon as the NPC appears, his comments will get almost as flooded as the TLPT ones, and that the vast majority of them will be spam/inappropriate/retarded. The benefit of having him now is just...diminished. It's not like you can see any loot, and the achievements are easy to find.

On the spam subject, its usually a good idea to wait at least a weak before viewing a popular NPC's page. I love the comment filtering system :D
