The
Darkmoon Faire
is back in town for a week, running from
April 5 - 12
. There are three new items and races available this week.

. This is a permanent version of
다크문 폭죽
, a firework with the Faire logo.
Racing games are a new type of content added in March 2015. Each month from March to June, several new races will unlock. Completing each race at the fastest possible rank rewards a unique vanity item.
Racing Vehicles
There are two racing vehicles available in April 2015. If you have a racing quest in your inventory, simply run over a vehicle and you'll automatically be mounted on it.
The

is slower than the
경주타조
, but has speed boost abilities:
: Speed boost for 5 seconds. Also makes you leap forward slightly and makes you immune to snare. 10 sec cooldown.

: Makes you leap up high into the air, with a parachute. 15 sec cooldown.
로켓 포화
: Disorients nearby MiniZeps. You will need to pick up a pouch in order to use this.

: Cancels the parachute in

apply a parachute, so you can chain them with the spring to slowfall an impressive distance--for example, on the Real Big Race, from the top of the hill to almost the finish line. Just be careful of low-hanging trees you can parachute into, such as on the last leg of the Real Race. In addition
makes you immune to snares, so you can run through electrical wires and not get slowed down.
The
경주타조
is a naturally fast mount, and has acquired new abilities in April 2015:
깃발로 도약
: Jumps to a banner and grants immunity to hazards for 4 sec.
: Lock onto a distant powerup, then warp it to you. This applies to speed boots, springs, teleporters, rockets, and pouches.
경주자에게 도약
: Jumps to a racer and grants immunity to hazards for 4 sec.
The Real Race
The Real Race starts on the right side of the Darkmoon Boardwalk and goes through the woods by Moonfang. Completing this race daily awards a

There are several buffs you can pick up:
Sprint boots, which also let you walk on water. You can also get a sprint boost by going through a banner instead of around it--sometimes there's a cool buff item out of the way, so weigh which is more important.
Bouncy sprints lets you leap forward--make sure you are angled the right way so you don't go off in the wrong direction.
Blue teleportation orbs blink you forward.
Pouches give you reagents to activate your third special ability.
There are obstacles to avoid:
Minizeps will fly around and stun you if you get too close to them.
Electrical wires can stun you, but several abilities counteract this.
Going into the water without waterwalking will greatly slow you down.

The Real Big Race
The Real Big Race starts on the left side of the Darkmoon Boardwalk and goes through the water, the top of the mountain, and the center of the Faire. Completing this race daily awards a

In addition to the buffs and debuffs mentioned above, there is a new rocket powerup that shoots you high up into the air.
A twist to this race is that the teleports, springs, and rockets are on a shared power-up. A rocket power-up is extremely useful for scaling a mountain and skipping a few banners, but if you time it incorrectly, you could just blink into the side of the mountain with a teleport. The penalty for falling off a cliff or mistiming a jump is steep as this race course is not on flat terrain.
