Morning glories are actually flowers. Which makes a lot more sense than reading something deeper/explicit in its meaning (although I admit I snickered when I first saw "morning glory" in the item name myself).

I think the actual reference is that if you ground Morning Glory seeds into powder and mix them with water you get an acid like trip. Don't try this at home!

You drink this bogus between level 45 and level 60. If you're a mage it's outdated at level 45 already.

This is very good for mages from lvl 45 to about 52 or so. Restores 2900 mana, vs. 1900 you can conjure until lvl 50. Thats a big difference, and will cut your down time mana-ing up significantly.
