Very strong ring for combat rogues, mutilate rogues would find the hit on this quite redundant in relation to how much hit is on the rest of the Ulduar gear, and would be better prioritising Loop of the Agile/Metallic Loop/Godbane (assuming under expertise cap).

While it's relatively low on AP, this is a useful ring for all physical dps classes, better than anything pre-Ulduar.

Before anyone posts anymore of that "low AP" drivel, would they please look at the base Agility and notice that this ring has anything from 30%-50% more Agility than the rings from raids outside of Ulduar.

This is best-in-slot for Combat rogues at the moment according to Aldriana's spreadsheet, due to how hax stacking ArP is.

This is going to sound a little bit like "this thing is for my class, hands off".

However, the fact that this thing trades attack power for extra agility makes it rather sub-par for the strength classes and really fantastic for agility classes.

Just think about that when rolling/bidding.

Any Warrior bidding on this ring should not be laughed at, and here's why:

Cindershard
10.7 crit rating
10 armorpen
42 hit

Vs

Automaton
40.2 strength
18 stamina

What i've done here is taken the agility from cindershard, multiply it by 1.1 for kings, divide it by 62.5 to show how much crit% it gives, multiply it by 45.91 to show what the equivalent crit rating is, then subtracted from that the Crit on Automaton. For the attack power->strength comparison i've divided the AP by 2, then by 1.1 (kings) then by 1.2 (imp berserker) then taken this value away from the strength on the Automaton, leaving 40.2 str. Everything else is compared very simply and i'd definately go for Cindershard.

Maths aside, ofc if your raid runs with lots of Agi classes and not many Str classes then the Warrior would be better passing this for the benefit of the guild, but if a guild runs with more Str classes than Agi classes then this is fine going to a Warrior.

What? It's not about missing special attacks, its about getting the required hit not to miss them. Getting hit rating at ~half the price of Strength, such as with this ring, is much better than most other ways of getting hit.

Warriors working towards BiS Ulduar gear will find they are NOT flooded with hit, especially after replacing Grim Toll with Mjolnir's rune.

Please don't post about Warriors if you know nothing about them.
